Brandon Loupos is the reigning BMX Freestyle Park World Champion, an X-Games Gold Medal winner and a massive prospect for Australia at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, all of which is no surprise when you see how he trains in the gym!
We caught up with Brandon at Precision Athletica in Sydney, to hear about how he has progressed whilst training at Precision Athletica over the last 5 years.
Benefiting from Sports Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and Mindflow, Brandon admits how he has completely changed over the 5 years, and in that time become a great all round athlete not just good BMX rider.
