I love jisoo but there were many reasons why she wasn’t that popular back then: - she didn’t speak English and BP’s biggest fandom is interenational so the fans couldn’t see her 4D personality during English interview since she would always be quiet - blackpink is an all visual groupe, even tho jennie doesn’t fit the beauty standards in Korea, many Koreans fans loved her beauty more because it sounded exotic, and Lisa’s visual was more liked internationally because she fit the westerner standards the most, Rose is also super pretty. She’s drop dead gorgeous but unlike most visuals she wasn’t standing out among the other members like Irene, and suzy did. The fact that there’s always a debate about which blackpinks member is the prettiest speak for itself. - she wasn’t promoted, cause Jennie had her solo, then came Rose’s turn, and Lisa was already popular internationally, but now that her movie came out she finally have the spotlight she deserves.

Save your tears for her solo because Teddy Park will probably dust off a terrible and lazily made song (again) from the YG vault for Jisoo, and blinks will just accept it. Hopefully it will be a different producer but knowing YG, it won't be.

First instance really made me cry, she was waving at blinks atleast they could have waved back at her even if she was not their bias. I am so happy that jisoo is getting everything she deserves now..her smile is precious 💕

Oh I agree! When I saw them in concert back in 2018, I just stood there in awe of Jisoo for at least 5 secs and then proceeded to shriek “OMFG JISOO IS SO FREAKING BEAUTIFUL!!!” I have never reacted like that to anybody before. Jennie, Rose and Lisa are also very very stunning, but Jisoo is hands down, the prettiest face of the group. I stan Rose btw, but Jisoo is out of this world beautiful I don’t know if I’ve stressed it enough :D

I just don't know how "fans" used to treat her before, she doesn't deserve that, but y'all know what she does deserve? She deserves more lines in the songs, she deserves more love from her fans, she deserves more recognition among the blinks and she deserves to be treated as what she is: A QUEEN.

I totally know that feeling and it sucks so im really happy that shes finally getting the recognition. I def think that when YG finds something special about each member to promote, they will stand out more so fans can really see each member for who they are. And i think her show def helped shine a light on that.

and the fact that she tried to smile through it despite the disappointment in her eyes yelling, "hey, what about me? do i not exist?" 😭😭 u can see shes so grateful for her fans jisooo❤

I really can't tell how much pain she hid behind her smile. If I was at her place, I would have teared up at that minute only but she didn't cause she don't want anyone to get worried. The word angel is a perfect fit for her personality. Love you from the bottom of our heart ❤ love you Jisoo ♥️
