Grabe! Ang fascinating nung usapan nyo. I know na about Boss Rada to pero yung buong episode na to ay about sa inyong dalawa. Yung principles and skill set ni Boss Rada and on how he executes the plan sa team and on how he level down and level up his skills according to what will fit sa team. And on Boss Tryke's side, this shows how he really humble himself despite the result of his commitment and support sa team. And just how Boss Rada said, the result of your hardwork is the one that will flex you, you don't need to flex it yourself. Kudos to both of you for bringing this up. Ang dami kong natutunan. Yung as a leader, you should show your team how you genuinely care for them. Kaya ako, I really respect, trust and understand Boss Tryke kapag may mga issue na kinakaharap ang Tier One on how he handle the situation.

Leader to leader Isa sa mga solid content na sobrang dami mong matutunan. Ngaun dito makikita kung paano at ano ang tier one management. Deserve nila kung nasaan man silang position at this very moment of time. Lahat ay pinag aaralan, lahat ay pinag uusapan. Not to compare pero i truely believe "in tier one they never settle" Kudos boss tryke, boss rada and topher. What an excellent episode. 🖤🥰

I was a former Team Leader and I really appreciate this episode. My main takeaways about Leadership are: First, you have to show care to your people and everything else will follow. Second, as a Leader, there's nothing wrong in admitting what you need to improve on. Thank you for this episode.

This kind of talks is what I really look forward and thank you for this interview boss tryke. I am really curious why players have so much respect on boss rada, lalo na pag nag bibiruan sila about being called by him and now I know why is they are acting that way. Your conversation with him is so informative and insightful, other orgs should learn and adopt your way of handling your players. You really live up to your name boss tryke you're truly top tier.

Wooah! Kinilabutan ako most of the video. I don't know where to start. I can relate to most of the people na nabanggit lalo kay Boss Rada at Vee. Like Vee, I have multiple barriers within me where I only allow some people to some extent na comfortable lang ako. It's extremely difficult to crack all those barriers especially if I won't let you in. I might push you back further if you insist too much. Kaya ang ganda ng sinabi ni Boss Rada na he respects Vee na kung hanggang saan lang yung comfortable sya, it's ok for Boss Rada as long as there's mutual respect. I can relate din kay Boss Rada kasi I am lucky na napunya ako sa BPO industry and was able to find my mentors that helped me to be a better version of myself. Gusto ko rin that you toned down Vee's expectations para sa isang coach and lifted up Coach Bon para magmeet sila halfway. Just like Boss Rada, I am not a visionary. I always say, I am not the type of person that look way too far ahead of me. Last time na nagkaroon ng sagutan si Boss Tryke at si Boss D about sa pagbuo ng Esports course, my vision is on somewhat like kay Dogie. Not until to the point na sumagot ng last video si Boss Tryke. He passed his visions to me with that video. That's the point where I started to subscribe to his youtube channel and watch every video he posts since then. Andaming keypoints sa video na ito. Another is yung pag match the level of communication sa kung sinong tao ang kausap mo for better understanding. Ang ganda lang manood ng ganitong klasing content.

I love this talk. Naalala ko tuloy yung reason why I aimed the position I am in now. Being a leader.. It takes more than leading the people to attain your goals but helping them grow and see the future that they can achieve if they give their best. It takes a lot of experience to understand this as a leader lalo na sa BPO industry na madalas, meeting the targets ang pinakamahalaga. Yes, it is.. Business is busines pa rin kase pero once you connect with your people and make them understand where you wanted to go and what it is to them.. Lahat ng yun magfofollow eh. You will all achieve everything ng maayos. Anyone can be a team leader but not anyone can be a respected leader and for a leader to be respected, you have to know how to connect with your people. ❤️ I now understand yung tight bond ng Blacklist.. Yung leadership niyong dalawa grabe. Ang swerte ng mga taong namementor niyo.. Yung knowledge na matutunan nila, truly a top tier.

Gaganahan ka rin magtrabaho and machachallenge ka at the same time kasi alam mong may mga tao kang kasama to achieve that "one goal". Tipong di ka maliligaw.

i dunno bakit nateary eyed ako when kinkwento nya ang journey nya as a leader. Totoo talga na you still need to have mentors to help you. Talking with people woth visions and helping you reach goal - yun na yon eh. sana all tlga may mga maggndang mentor. Me without any mentors, now, pero I have people who perform kahit minsan naaawa ka na rin, tapos sabi pa ni boss rada Just take care of your people and they will work with you - nabuhayan ako! ahahha at least I know I am doing something right kahit ako minsan Gisto ko ng umayaw - basta my mga people pa rin who needs my guidance laban pa rin 😁☺️

This is really why the kids have remained humble despite their success, the people they look up to are the best role models they have. I can relate to Rada as I'm a Training Manager for a BPO myself. The discipline formed in the process of working in this industry is truly something we are all proud of. Ibang klase ang pinagdadaanan ng tao to be on top. I also agree with execution, in an industry where there are a lot of better english-speaking countries, we have to make sure that we are more creative than everyone else. For an industry to thrive rven during the pandemic, I can really say, we have the best, brightest and the most caring leaders. Kudos Rada and Tryke!

Boss Tryke, this episode goes to show the capacity of an individual to step out of your comfort zone and take a leap of faith. I find this video comforting with the decision I recently have in search for opportunities for me to go back to the corporate industry and leave a full-time career as an educator. Although I am groping to what my future will entail me to learn more but I felt empowered with the decision not to delay my goals in life. I also like about how Boss Rada gives importance to people. I remember one of my mentors in the BPO industry who instilled my corporate value in managing people to take care of your people while taking care of the business. You have the best people to work with you which is truly the reason for your company's success. Tier One and Blacklist are truly amazing!

you know, I wish I had met mentors too.. I feel lost in life.. But I agree about the vision thing, naramdaman ko na din kc yan not just sa work pero sa lahat ng ginagawa ko. kapag wala akong nakikitang magiging magandang result, nakakatamad talaga.. hanggang aayawan mo na. I love this episode, madaming matutunan na pwedeng i-apply sa buhay. Thank boss Tryke!

Upon watching this segment ang raming learnings ang na instill sa akin. Sobrang naka relate ako kay Boss Rada since sa BPO industry din ako right now. And the fact na may taong mag f’follow sa’yo on having a clear yet impossible vision, mas na inspire ako kay Boss Tryke. I hope maging part din ako ng Tier 1.

I've learned a lot from this episode and from Boss Rada as well. That "leap of faith" is not an easy task. Sacrificing the better pay, stable post in a corporate, insurance coverage and all. Akala ko NO ONE can transition from BPO to Esports but this guy proved me wrong. Grabe sobrang solid. First time kong napa comment sa any videos here is KZread. Soon I'll regroup myself and will took that "leap of faith" as well coz this guy really inspired me.

I actually taking notes for my key takeaways for the whole video. I actually learned something about leadership and decision makings. For example you have to trim down yourself just for you and your people will be on the same wavelength in terms of understanding, vision and communication. And I realize that its really great experience if talagang lahat ng tao around you is MAS MAY MATALINO AND EXPERIENCE kasi by that marami kang malalaman and its not something na ikakahiya or feeling mo na bobo ka or hindi ka makasabay its a feeling of having someone na you will mentor and drive into new perspective in your job man yan, sa buhay and even yung attitude as a person. I learned something in this video and I hope you do this more.. for us to have more broad spectrum in being a Leader and HOW YOU LEAD your people. Thank you Boss Tryke and Boss Rada for this video! :)

Thank you for sharing all these very informative content. I'm not a gamer, myself, I don't even like "playing" games but what I find weird is I love watching people play games. Kahit 'di ko naiintindihan technicalities ng laro, maybe it's the competitive atmosphere, and winning, or maybe still trying even if you lose at times...maybe it's with the life lessons I can learn from you guys. Na kahit another field siya, I can still apply them on my life. It's like reading my favorite characters from a book and learning from their stories. Taking inspiration to live my reality. Thank you so much for making these content! May you continuously enjoy and appreciate your journey 😊

Huge respect to the both of you for having such insights, yung perspective ng isang leader is really different. From a vision to little by little goals achieved. Nakaka inspire yung mga stories na na share po ninyo. I learned something na I think I’ve always looked over dahil na din sa pride, but Boss Rada shared na you need to tone down basing sa standards or expectation vs reality. ❤️ I hope mag vacation kayo ulit for mental health ng mga boss and also the players. Looking forward for the next episodes Boss Tryke!
