You're missing the Nuance. Bill is saying he's not ashamed about where he came from. That's all he's saying. And he's highlighting that coming from that life he has been able to take good from it. Point and case, because of the respect he gained in the streets he was able to prevent any harm coming to Floyds children (A service that Floyd seems to be extremely oblivious too, he didn't even thank Bill). All in all he's low key saying Floyd is square. keep in mind Floyd is not street wise, he's the eqiuvalent of Devin Haney, Floyds dad is street wise. Floyd just has a crazy ego. He has no idea of the danger his children are in, in the streets. SMH. It appears to me that Floyd values money over everything, it's unfortunate. Talent doesn't amount to being a good human being or father.

Floyd comes from absolutely nothing! His father went to prison and left him behind with family. Floyd was poor growing up. Devin came from money and had his father the entire time. Big difference

Who cares is Bill is from the streets. His son got beat down after all that trash talk. You can't then come talking about "the streets" like that's supposed to mean something. BTW, what kind of Muslim is Bill? I think you may have missed that. nuance. He shows NOTHING of the faith he professes. Maybe he should get his head out of the streets and. more into his so called faith.
