ezra aec Pag walang lakad ang banda. Wala ka rin lakad. Pero pag mayensayo, meeting, songwriting session, or anything band related...kailangan andun ka. Equal time invested = same dividends. Paano ulit ang pagka intindi mo?

THANK YOU this video helped my mood! :D I totally agree. If everyone contribute to the band it should be equally split between members. I have heard that drummers an bassists ain't getting paid the same way which I don't really understand. Of course I can't speak for others but I practice A LOT to maintain a tight beat and keep the speed up which is required in the genre I play. A live show wouldn't be the same if missing any of the members :)

Ganda nung concept niyo ng TF distribution. I was part of an amateur cover band before and it was very different because of the manager (rhythm section gets percentage of the entire fee ---- but this is for a different discussion lmao) Thank you sir Paco and more power sayo and sa Introvoyz!

Question, what if we're still an up and coming band starting to make a name for ourselves? For example prods and organizers who haven't heard of us yet invites us to an event (or rather us and we haven't made a name yet in the scene? Should we be able to ask for a fee, or do we first show what we got before we ask for monetary payments? Thank you!

Omg! Introvoys! I watched your concerts that was when I was in University! Kahit san kayo sunod kami! My gosh ang allowance kasama ang band nyo s budget, Ilang lunch at dinner ang tinipid para s tickets lol...no regrets! I still listen to all your songs and I still have the photos way back when... magazines and posters my gosh Bakit ganun noon, nothing beats the classic

I think it’s fine. It’s not like he’s missing just a couple of gigs or something. He migrated to another country so there’s that higher level of uncertainty on when he can play with the band.

Hey great advice brother! I have a band where I play bass and sing and post our shows on social media get 99% of the gigs and not only that but i am also haul the PA when the location doesnt have one. Typical two wedge monitors, two mains mixer and power amp, mic stands, mics all that stuff. Yea its very tuff cause I also haul my bass rig as well. I arrive early to start setting up all the stuff. How would you recommend splitting payment if it was you? I honestly hate dragging so much stuff its very stressful but I do it so the show happens. Last gig the total amount made was 350 with a three peice band. Each guy got 100 but i set a side $50 extra for PA use. Wish i can split up evenly but it seems not fair since I have all that extra work. Advise would be appreciated.

Salute to you! Respect for doing all the things you do. Here’s how I would do it… I would go by percentage assignment so that regardless of dollar amount, everyone knows where the money is going. Off the top, I would take out a 10% finders fee for finding the gigs. I would give an equal share for the PA system (which would cover acquisition of the gear as well as the labor cost and storage cost of it).

Ganyan ang ginawa ng bandang Queen; it doesnt matter who wrote the most hit songs basta everybody gets an equal share at yung music catalogs nila ay pag aari ng lahat and the royalties are equally divided kaya sa huli ay walang demandahan; unlike Spandau Ballet na nag karoon ng lawsuit dahil hindi inayos mabuti ng mag split-up yung grupo

Its a team system thats good.... but i quit (wordly) Band when i was young nkita ko hirap at laging away sa banda... how ever i see ur band r sticking together... But 4me i ( work alone) lol famous word sa movie.. i continued my Engineering work abroad now in US... & still play but in Church's Praise & Worship team... If ever i played outside i play for fun & don't want to get paid... if ever may tip i give it to less fortunate band players.... Mabuhay Pinoy Rak & Roll Band😎

If i have a band, i would suggest we paid like an employee. Everyone involve has a fixed salary. For examole, every member gets 100k per month. Then minus the sss, philhealth, pag ibig, etc. Then the rest of the money from gigs will be the band fund. And just in case a member has to leave the band, he will get his share from the fund

Yes. Only because someone wasn’t honest about it. Otherwise, it shoulda have to be an issue. The bottom line is that everyone should agree on how the money will be divided so that there are no ill feelings and miscommunication in the future.

Equality is success !
