Nah. Old roblox had a charm to it. Felt like legos with all your friends, now it feels like something different. Not the same, but looks the same. Like a sandwhich you always get but they change the recipe just enough to where you notice it's different but the apperance looks the same

At least I didn’t play in 2015 or before. But I learned from the history of Roblox that these are the golden times of the company. And what a pity not to be in 2014-2007 when Roblox itself was ideal and there were no (oders, slenderers,grind games, etc.). I started in 2018. And I really didn’t like the robux currency (which was absolutely PAID)than in other games, but now it’s much worse and I already quit roblox, or played in roblox retrostudio. Bottom line: It was better before. 🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺(I'm Russian, so I use a translator. Sorry for the illiteracy of English, etc.)

I remember when you were allowed to search by Genre, and RPGs and Westerns were played by millions, not simulators, ACTUAL RPGS with hundreds of levels that were fun to grind. Now they're all effectively dead.

I am a very old veteran, I very often look back at the good times or what I should of done when it was better. However there isn't much anybody can do and I've come to accept things as they are. I haven't given up yet, though almost everyone from my time and past have. There is no better way of looking at things, I get frustrated with Roblox a lot on a lot of things. But I've been on this site for well over a decade. And so long as things aren't gone to absolute ruin I'll likely stick around till the very end. I'm a dev, I haven't made anything for profit yet, though I understand the position Roblox has put myself and others in. Sometimes in order to make that very special game your going to have to make some smaller one's to fund it or find small success on other fronts. Though it wouldn't surprise me if in a couple of years things would begin to make even this a fantasy. It's come close on several occasions and only the community with it's clarity has halted it. Roblox is in no short supply of disastrous reasoning and decision making.

Thats the sad thing about games. it changes and changes until its no longer the game you played.

Its just like what happened with Swtor "star wars the old republic" it was playable for the longest time then it went completely pay 2 win and you can't level up past 60 and your credits are capped at 1 million unless you pay a monthly subscription of $35 plus tax and fees and half the time the store page doesn't register that you bought a subscription but it still takes your money and the moderation does literally nothing to help you get what you paid for and the only way you can buy things safely is if you go to a webpage that is decades old and barely functions to pay for stuff that should just be game features but are instead blocked behind a pay wall that temporarily disappears

I was one of the older players that joined back in 2014. I can tell you that the site has changed since then. This basically resorts to corporations wanting to expand further and maximising profit. The most efficient way being to cut off the things that don't generate that much money and replacing it with more profitable alternatives. Yes, this unfortunately includes promoting cash grabs and P2Ws to replace the fairer and less money generating games. I started playing Roblox less and less. I still play it sometimes but very rarely and it's mostly the few games that are still remaining that sometimes have next to 0 players. It sucks but I can't do anything about it because I am not the CEO. TL;DR The ritcher and more popular the service, company or person gets, the less they focus about the community and the more they focus on generating huge amounts of revenue

I joined way back in 2017. I find this highly-accurate because of the irrational bans, cnps, slenders, etc. Especially the bad community. What has roblox become? Back in my days, the community has always treated each other like brothers and sisters. They were only banned when its absolutely necessary. Toxic cnps and slenders did not exist back then and there were a lot of good games. Its absolutely disappointing for the absolute downgrade of roblox. I hope it all goes well soon since this isn't the roblox we once knew.

UCS Right now worst thing ever copyright are getting a breaking in Roblox because they just want to make money. The people are making the UCS is not really Roblox but they allowed it you know and still it was before the old days but I’m just saying that it should go back to its glory how they appreciate the community. Reasons why Minecraft is better 1. You can customize your avatar for free 2. You can build things for free/create your own worlds 3. You can play alone and in peace 4. There are addons, resource packs, etc. 5. It is safe for kids, usually on single player 5. Hackers and spammers are rare and if there are any, they’re never ignored and they’re instantly removed 6. Their community is way better than Roblox’s community 7. They give up better updates

Anyway "they support online daters" I can't tell that this is are true nor wrong because there's some vigilantes that using DSA report systems to report online daters and 80% of the time it works pretty well lots of online daters have banned from roblox recently so I wouldn't say that roblox is supporting online daters although they make 17+ games and I'm not sure about this
