Its hard to gauge this show from the first few episodes, but there is a reason its universally considered one of the greatest TV shows of all time. Enjoy the ride. I will be watching with ya.

I predict that it may have a slow start for some viewers but I believe you will, like the rest of us Breaking Bad fans, get involved and care about this story and many of the characters. It is well filmed, great story, and the viewer learns much of the story before the characters do. So there is a lot of anticipation and even the second time viewing it still stands up for me. Thanks for your reaction.

Bryan Cranstons captivity as Walter White is really just amazing, over the course of Breaking Bad he won 6 Emmy’s, and his co-star Aaron Paul (Jesse) won 3. Your in for a real ride.

22:09 re:ambulance prices. My mom recently had to be transported from a hospital to a post-acute care facility and then to a skilled nursing facility for rehab from a spinal injury. Two 36~ minute trips. Insurance refused to cover it. Total cost was about $4,000 out of pocket. It was more expensive than her surgery and hospital stay combined.

who on their sane mind would go "oh, not breaking bad!", this is most likely the best tv series ever and the director just said "ight, imma do the best show ever, again" and we got Better Call Saul

By the way the eyebrow guy, is a actor that does it for fun, In real life he is a NASA scientist.

He literally was "awake" he felt alive, where 50 years of his entire life felt like nothing to him, like there was no achievements, even though he achieved soo many things he was never "awake" till he only had 2 years left, knowing he was at the last few years of his life with almost no excitement in his life.

Just letting you guys know - you have made me very happy. FYI - Suzy - Your opinion is going to change, give it time and you will be so glad that you watched Breaking Bad over anything else. Vikings is a great show but it's not as good as Breaking Bad. Screw the filthy skippers, they don't know what they're missing.

Oh, man - I'm so glad you know him as "Malcolm in the Middle's dad". Before I watched Breaking Bad, I was also only familiar with Bryan Cranston as a comedic actor. (Besides Malcolm in the Middle, he was on several episodes of Seinfeld and The King of Queens among other things.) Let's just say, Breaking Bad was a departure from what most of us were familiar with as far as Bryan Cranston was concerned. Can't wait for more reactions!

It’s not Game of Thrones… It’s better

I hope you guys continue this, its truly one of the greatest TV series of all time! Oh, and that yellow car is not a Mercedes. Those have a three pointed star, that car had a five pointed star, it was a Plymouth. Good old American classic! One more note for the show: the series is set and filmed in Albuquerque, NM. My home town. They do a good job at really capturing how the city is, they almost make it into a character into itself! Makes it just that much more enjoyable! And if you ever ask while watching it if people in Albuquerque ever act the way the show has them... Yes. Yes they do! Lol Enjoy, you guys!!

There will be times in this journey that you will need to think… “What if we were watching this when it came out and we had to wait MONTHS for the next season”.

There's a reason this show always votes to the top. You won't be disappointed.

The only thing that you need to know about Breaking Bad, is that you are about to watch the best series ever. With the best sequel ever. This series gets better every season.

If you are poor you get medicaid, if you work, can usually get insurance. Most teachers I know have pretty good insurance

Yeah…as long as you stay in network for your insurance, your costs are usually affordable. If not, there are many charities that will help you pay them and/or healthcare providers that allow you to make payments on your bill that you can afford. My family is just working class and nobody has gone into the poorhouse over cancer diagnosis, diabetes, heart disease etc.

I think your gonna love BBad , it gets better every season and to me is a unique serious & humorous show that has something for everyone. If u enjoy it then u got Better Call Saul afterward to do , a prequil. Its by far my fav. show . It will be fun seeing what u guys think. Us scottish Irish have to stick together. Walter didn't win a Nobel prize. His "groundbreaking research" contributed to a project for which someone else was awarded the prize.

My dad used to dry money in the clothes dryer. One time someone left the lint trap out and he ended up blowing hundred dollar bills all around the backyard.

I tried teaching and it’s exactly like this. I feel for Walter. I went to be an art teacher because I love art and every day it’s like you try to talk about your favorite thing to a room full of people that are just there to troll you and try to frustrate you with maybe 1 or 2 that actually are interested. Being shit on every day for 8 hours and then people wonder why teachers become grumpy and passionless.

Breaking bad is the best series ever made. I have a framed photo of Walter on the Iron Throne in my living room. 😂

There’s a lot of people watching this show and wanting our attention. With you two I didn’t even hesitate. I’m in!

@@bilkywaygalaxy It's an apartment building in "Omaha." The apartment is about 25 feet from my balcony. My balcony can be seen for a second a couple minutes into BCS 1.1.

You two are in for an incredible journey here. BrBa is arguably the best tv series of them all. Even the GoT production team (during prime GoT) mentioned watching BrBa and said "We are going to have to step up our game here." There is no such thing as a perfect tv series, but BrBa comes closer than anything else I've seen. The great comedy is often drowned out by the incredible drama.

Ah yes! The show that is totally polar opposite of Game of Thrones where instead of getting worse towards the end this one keeps getting better with every season all the way till the end. Don't let the slower pace of the early seasons fool you, all that build up leads to the most satisfying last few seasons of any TV show in history.

Legit. . . . . . Seasons 3, 4, and 5 are nearly unparalleled rollercoaster rides which could only be accomplished by the tight character development in Seasons 1 and 2

I live in the U,S and my last ambulance trip cost 900 dollars out of pocket and that happened in 2018. That doesn't include the emergency room bill which was also out of pocket. I've been paying off medical bills on a monthly basis for the past four years and will finally be done next month.

My mom had a stroke and had to take an ambulance from one hospital to another that was about 45 miles away. Out-of-pocket cost was less than $400. Out-of-pocket costs for medical services are going to vary widely depending on your income and type of insurance coverage you have.

What makes this series so rewatchable? It has so many unexpectedly FUNNY moments! It turns out comedians can do drama as well or better than dramatic actors can do comedy.

Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul is a top 10 series of all time. I know they are two different shows but I group them together. Another top 10 series of all time is Sons of Anarchy. Two of my favorites for sure.

Not a filthy skipper...so elated that you guys selected BB. One of the few shows that has important substance and nuggets in each episode. Even the episodes that some consider slow have so very many important visual hints and critical dialogue that can easily be overlooked if you're not paying attention.
