I doubt that it would've become a smash hit if Garrix solo produced it. Don't get me wrong Garrix is a great producer but Avicii was on level of his own. Many can try to follow in his footsteps but they will get lost on the way

Not just avicii.... This is originally martin garrix and avicii's track. Due to label issues martin couldn't made it to the final title.. So martin ended up being the co producer of the track as per the credits

He was the absolutely most original producer to ever exist❤

I'm 19 and Avicii's songs just hit different than when he diven from the cliff with his hits. And I can cry like a baby, starting with a crack that I can feel fro my heart and then it seems like the whole world stops and when I stop crying, the world just restarts like anything happened

He's one of the greatest DJs of all time, at least for me his music has healed countless peopleincluding me at a low point.

I first listened to this song when I was 13 years old and still remember how it happened. To this day, it's one of my favourite songs of all time. Avicii and Martin Garrix really outdid themselves with this track ! It's one of the few songs out there that I'd call perfect. It heavily shaped my tastes in music and I will always miss Avicii.

I don’t know why a lot of people make this mistake with this song but the chords at the intro are only the second half of the loop, not the full 8 bars. So in this case it would be the part on bars 9, 10, 11 & 12. But other than that is a very accurate remake, well done 👍 👏

It's quite easy to extract notes (pitches) themselves, if you have instrumental track. But choosing right instruments and settings needs very trained ear

The best tip I got is to keep everything simple and not focus on a perfect mix and master.. Rather focusing on emotions!
