I'm in the same situation. Been on the lookout for the next place 7 months in advance, just turning an adult and I thought all of this was already normal. Guess this is just the new generation.

It's the world...The middle class is collapsing.
Its not just students, we're seeing tons of people priced out of their homes..lots of seniors are scrambling for places to stay as rent jumps above the social security payments amounts.. I myself am forced to leave as its not livable in the valley and unsafe... Great job there ducy!!!

It looks like the cost of housing in Tempe has caught up to Flagstaff.
That’s why I commute from home:/ way cheaper.
Live at home and save money folks. Go to university close to home. Think smart.
