Pl check. Pretha Verbadu is a tantric procedure not vaidika. Secondly what will happen when apara kriya is done by incompetent kartas or in in correct manner, don't the deceased stay in preta form only... Don't confuse. 8:25

One should do the Kalloonnal immediately. That is the right way no doubt.incase due to any unavoidable situation should be done on 9th with many prayaschitham.Now it is done on 10th also which is not in sasthra. But what I pouted out is still the Salindeekaranam is done .if you need more details call me in 9387839229
