I've already seen someone wondering, via another video, how this was happening, and replied to them, so I'll explain it here too (if the person was you, apologies for writing the same thing twice): Basically, the current weather in your world is thunder. You can sleep through thunderstorms and they will overall behave exactly like night when it comes to mobs: passive mobs cease to spawn, and hostile mobs take their place. Zombies and skeletons do not burn. Here you are standing in a hot biome, hence drops aren't shown at all as it doesn't rain in savannas. Now where the buggy part comes is, normally you're still supposed to see a darker, cloudy sky. But from my own experience with Bedrock edition, you can somehow have your game not show signs of thunderstorm at all and display a regular sunny day sky, which delivers the illusion of day behaving like nighttime .

Now I know why when I go to the normal biome it rains but when I go to a Savannah biome, it doesnt and the sky is clear

@@redstonechippedsemmy7177same with desert biomes It can rain in both only if your by a riverside or a big lake within the biome then you should be able to see rain but the sky won’t darken too much more

Well just like the other commenters says. It's a thunderstorm but you're in a hot biome. It's easy to tell if you look at the clouds and they're dark.

Real explanation : you are in a savanna, a biome where it doesnt rain and its raining in other biomes (you can see by the gray clouds) so they wont burn

I think it was because one night I just stood at an xp farm and was just chillin because I needed xp to enchant my diamond armor

apparently it is because I am in a savanna and it doesn't rain or at least not supposed to but it is bedrock so it did anyways but the visuals were not there because I am in the savanna.
