@@ItsLadyValk’m a Baker at a Roadhouse, I got to say that’s impressive you hold it down on a holiday depending on what holiday. I usually can cut batches around 10-15 min and I’ll still be going through it, I’m my area, everybody loves bread! Cause sometimes on Wednesday and Thursdays I’ll be through 5-6 batches. Sometimes I’ll be holding it down on a weekend depending on how busy it gets cause sometimes it’s best that we we have two people so we can keep up. Keep up the good work!

What a shame indeed, also try searching for it in Spanish that might help.

As someone who makes the rolls at texas roadhouse, this man is going wayyyyyy too slow. Up the cutting speed by about 10x and increase roll output by 100x. That mixer is not currently mixing dough so you're already out of rolls. And who is that man on the right? He better not be getting paid to bread the window. That is a sin and that roadhouse is throwing money away
