ういちゃんの心がとけて、心を開いてくれたのは、オッターマンとアティーとそれからノーザンみしまさん、野呂ロッジのみなさんが根気よく接してくれたからだなぁ☺️😭💖💕 この人間なら大丈夫だ、このかわうそなら大丈夫だっ、、、って安心したのかな💚☘️ ニャン先輩は、なんだろう😆ニャン先輩は無関心といえど最初から大丈夫だったのは、なんでしょうね☺️💕不思議な魅力です🌟 心を開いて今、一緒に寝れて、じぃ〜んとしているのですが、ういちゃんはこれから更にまたオッターマンとアティーと川に行き泳ぐ事が待っていて、ういちゃんの素敵な楽しみはこれからも沢山待ち受けていると考えたら、、、また更にじぃ〜ん😭☺️ アティー、オッターマンとお散歩して帰って ういと遊んで、確かに体力使ってぐっすりになりますね😆🤣💕 アティーとういちゃんがぴょこぴょこ遊んで居るのを観て、嬉しくてじぃ〜ん🌟✨です。 それから、オッターマンが何度噛まれて血が出ても、諦め無いでういちゃんに向きあってくれた事に感謝します🎊🧑🎉💖 ういちゃんを信じて、向きあってくれてありがとう🎉🧑🎊💖🐾🐾🐾 ういちゃん良かったね😆💖 アティーも良かったね😆💖💕 ニャンも😆😺

ペットホテルに置き去りにされた猫を引き取ったことがあります。その子もやはり凶暴でした。先住猫も私も苦労して、慣れて数年経ってもやはりどこか不安定でしたが、亡くなるまで一緒にいました。人間だってネグレクトされたら人が信じられなくなるでしょう。そういう事なのだと思います。苦労はしてもきっとUi はオッターマン家族を幸せにしてくれるはず。ウチの猫がそうでしたから

I have worked with abused animals over the decades. This poor little soul was clearly abused by human hands and objects. Thank goodness you took in this soul. You are an angel to animals. Thank You!

ういちゃんがどれだけつらく苦しい思いをしてきたのか、どれだけ不安で傷ついていたのか、考えると苦しくて胸がしめつけられます。ういちゃんは噛むことで一生懸命自分の身を守っていたんだね。がんばって必死で生きてきたんだね。ういちゃんにそうさせてしまったのは私たちにんげん。ごめんなさい。オッターマンさんういちゃんを幸せな温かな場所へ連れ出してくださってありがとうございます✨ 長い間時間をかけて少しずつ心を開いていったういちゃん。オッターマンさんが入院なさってまたひとりぼっちになったと…ストレスから傷だらけになった小さな小さな手。涙が止まりません。だけどスタッフさんが毎日ういちゃんに話かけてういちゃんもそれに応えるかのように穏やかなお顔に。オッターマンさんやスタッフさんの溢れる変わらない愛情で凍った心が溶けだすように…お外で太陽の光を浴びながらケージの中のハンモックに乗ったういちゃんがピッピッて言いながらカワウソさんらしくお水の中に入ろうとする姿に涙で前が見えなくなりました。人の勝手で傷つけたのにういちゃんはまた人を受け入れてくれたんだね。 ノーザンみしまのオーナーさんのお優しさロッジのオーナーさんスタッフのみなさんの温かさそしてういちゃんと共に生きていくオッターマンさんの覚悟と強さ。ういちゃんに伝わってよかった。 ロッジのお部屋でうれしそうにういちゃんに駆けよるアティにｼﾞｰﾝと涙が。アティもういちゃんをずっとそばで見てきてどうしていいかわからなくて戸惑うことはあっても本当は仲良くなりたかったんだね。素直で優しいアティ。ういちゃんに寄り添うアティの姿は強くたくましい。家族になれてよかったね🍀これからはみんなずっといっしょ✨次はふたりで仲良く川で泳げるといいね🥰ういちゃん💗これからたくさんの幸せがあるよ🍀パパの手をギュッとしたり抱っこされるういちゃんの優しいお顔に涙うるうる💞 にゃん先輩は不思議なにゃんこさんです😺ういちゃんはにゃん先輩には初めから心を許しているように見えました…もしかして…ネコ神さま😊✨❔

オッタ―マンが入院していなくなった時、また見捨てられたって思ってしまったんだろうなぁ。 また裏切られたって思って、毛をむしっちゃったり。泣ける。 野呂ロッジのスタッフの献身的な愛情によって人間の愛を知ったんですね。 アティとにゃん先輩のお世話だけじゃなく、ういちゃんのお世話までしてくださっていたとは凄いです。 アティファンとしてなんとお礼いいか、言葉もないです。

アティ君とうぃちゃんの現在をみていたら全く想像できなかった過去です。とにかく驚きながら見ていました。主さんの愛情と根気強さと他の方々のご協力でうぃちゃんは心を開いたんですね。多分閉じさせたのも人間だったかも。なによりアティ君の存在は絶大😢にゃん先輩の威風堂々も素晴らしい❤

@@M_SC Dolt. What the hell do you think Otterman is? He *_is_* a _private owner of "wild" animals._ International otter trade was banned by treaty in 2019. A law which, by the way, Otterman openly supports. Beyond that, "banning" is not the answer, regulation is. Do you REALLY believe Aty should be taken down to Malaysia and dumped? If so, you're sick. An ALF nutcase.

I don’t know how you persevered. I don’t think many would. You are a rare individual, with much inner strength and kindness. I would say, Perhaps you have a fearless quality. The Bible says, “There is no fear in love, for perfect love casts out fear.” (I have always appreciated the Bible statements regarding love; they are not flimsy or ephemeral.) Anyway. You have changed Ui’s fate. Please always remember, many years from now, you saved an animal that had lost hope and restored her hope, her peace, her gladness. I am confident that many, many others agree. This has touched our lives also. Thus, we send our hopes and prayers and peace to you while you are offline. May God tend to all of your needs. Beautiful words. I think everyone will agree Otterman has saved (and improved) at least two lives so far and the world is better for it. Hopefully whatever personal situation in his life that's caused him to go dark will resolve.

Thank you so much for continuing to love and care for little UI when she was so difficult. I feel you not only saved her life, but gave her a life worth living.

Right! A lot of people say it’s easy having a pet, but it’s really not. I don’t have any but when it comes to an otter, it’s hard. Especially the bites, like holy shit! The owner is doing a good job taking care of both of them, even the cat.

人間万事塞翁が馬 パパさんの骨折により大変な事が沢山あったけど、それにより野呂ロッジに長期の滞在をし「ういちゃん」が心を開いてくれるきっかけ作りが出来た。 昨日の動画ではパパさんアティにゃん先輩のおかげと思っていましたが、三島のオーナーさんや野呂ロッジのスタッフさんの愛があったのですね❤️どんな子でも愛情を持って受け入れるって人間にも言えますが素晴らしい事ですよね✨自分の人生に改めて気付かされました。ますますパパさん好きになりました❗野呂ロッジのスタッフさんも素晴らしい方々なんですね。本当涙が出てきます…これからも投稿を楽しみにしています🎵

Otterman, your have a heart of pure golden light. You are so kind to take on such a challenge. Those bites are not pretty. Thank you for not giving up on Ui. So happy that you can ll be in the same room together. Hoping that soon she is taking walks and swimming i the river. Many blessings to you and your beautiful otter family.

It's now been 8 months since Otterman introduced Ui to the world. I adore her. The strides she's made are phenomenal. She really has become a sweetheart. She's stronger and not as afraid as she used to be. She made a friend in Komugi and managed to hang out at Loutre without hurting anyone. She has also come to see people as friends thanks to Otterman + Yukie-san. No one believed in her but Otterman kept at it and it worked. Ui is my otter-bias. ❤️‍🩹 (old comment below) JULY 1, 2021 - It's been 2½ months since this video and I can now say without regret that I love Ui. 💖 She’s come quite a ways even in just the short time since Otterman introduced her. I wish only the best for that increasingly sweet little girl, and of course Aty, Mr Cat the Zen Master, and Otterman himself. Rehabilitating a broken feral animal is NOT easy but Otterman took it on. He knew it would be difficult but did it anyway because it was _right._

We can tell how Aty, Ui and Mr. Cat felt calm and secure by their sleeping posture. Otterman you are doing a wonderful job! 👍

@@conchitinabernardo4370 you will appreciate what Otterman has been done with them if you’d go back to some of the older videos. They are near extinction if not kept in human’s hand. Besides, Otterman doesn’t call them pets. They are members of the family!

@@yayaauntie9901 Unfortunately not every otter owner is as caring as Otterman. NO ONE _sane_ would stop him from keeping another Otter since he obviously knows what he's doing and cares so deeply. BUT, while most Otter species ARE Endangered, Asian Small-Claws are "only" Vulnerable for now. That was still enough to put them on the ban-list for international trade -- a law that Otterman vocally supports.

The people at Noro Lodge played a very large part in Ui’s rehabilitation. Without their help this would have been very hard for Otterman to achieve given the timing of his broken ankle. They are very kind people.

野呂ロッジの皆様の苦労もあったんですね。 でも、問題なく生活できるようになったということは 飼い主さんはじめ、多くの関係者の協力のおかげですね 本当に大事なことであり、とても感動しました

July 15, 2021. I've been watching about the Otters for around 2 months. I heard there was difficulty with Ui, but didn't know more. Someone in the comment section referred me to this video. What a rough start that was with Ui. I can't believe how often Otterman got bit by Ui and everywhere. I would have given up and given the Otter away. What an extensively kind man to endure suffering himself in order to save an Otter. Blessings to Otterman. I hope that Ui feels grateful. 🙏 💕 💖 From the USA 🇺🇸

Daddy O, my dog bitten me quite few times and I went to hospital a few times too. But he was a badly abused dog since puppy, and we rescued him before people put him to death. I certainly had my down days after bitten, but we never gave up on him. So, I know the pain after bitten first hand. Hope Ui count her blessings and embrace a new life with love and trust with you, Aty and Mr Cat. Cheers to the Boys!

How small and skinny Ui was! When she was in her cage her fur was in awful condition, not shiny and smooth at all. And now she is a pampered princess with happy life.

I was thinking the same thing. Ui has _serious_ Otter-PTSD from whatever happened to her as a baby and there's still a chance something could trigger her to snap again. Otterman breaking his ankle at Noro Lodge and having to be in hospital caused her to regress, though the fact that _many humans_ have been kind to her since her rescue likely helped her get back on track more quickly. Ui avoids Mr Cat and Aty can deal, but Otterman is still at risk.

I am totally agree with Watson and Soufriere. I am sure that taking Ui to the river and keeping her in touch with the nature are important and essential steps to continue her rehabilitation process. However, as Watson said, please Otterman, don´t let your guard down and prepare yourself for possible bad experiences as well outside of your house in the future. I was also thinking in the same things that Soufriere said, there´s still a chance of something could trigger her to snap again. In the episode of the hospital, luckily the Noro Lodge ‘staff was safe because Ui was inside of its cage when it became a violent otter again. I will be sincere with you, Otterman, I can´t rule out the probability of Ui otter loses its control again but in the situation that it is outside of its cage, e.g. when it was walking in public areas or swimming in rivers with other people or animals. Otterman, you will need to be prepared and know how to act if something like that happens in the future. Please, take care yourself and don´t let your guard down! I am really praying that nothing bad happen with you, Aty, Mr Cat, Ui and all people or animals around. I really hope that Ui otter can recover itself as soon as possible with many happy moments! Otterman, your great patience has paid off. Most people I believe would have given up after the first bite, but you and Aty and Mr. Cat did not stop showing UI the love and respect she deserved. Your love for animals and certainly for Otters, is such an amazing gift, because you have Ui's love and trust to show for it, and now a beautiful family of 4. What a story that made my heart tears, with both sadness and then joy!!! Such a kind-hearted Otterman orchestrated with everyone's loving efforts rescuing a broken-hearted little otter, tirelessly! 👍🤗👍 Otterman's patience is not new, but one and an half of years altruistic trying is way admiring!!! So very cool. Incredible patience won the day. One of my cats, sadly now passed, was a rescue and had a terrible time as a kitten. Got her at 8 weeks and it took 7 years, but eventually she learned to trust me absolutely and became a wonderful, affectionate and secure cat, no longer scared of people. Consistency is key. And if the animal sees you treat your other pets well, they learn it's okay. It is one of the best feelings in the world to gain the love of a formerly mistreated animal. Otterman, I look forward to seeing the journey for Ui. You're awesome ✌❤🇬🇧

Couldn't agree with you more. I too rescued our cat from interstate, and like you, took years for him to trust us... but what a feeling to be loved by him 😊 🇭🇲.

Same here. I'm owned by my beloved previously traumatized tomcat Leon who now follows me around wherever I go, purring arias on my chest, making my heart sing with him. What a wonderful thing to watch these fellow beings open up and trust and love again. Thanks, dear Otterman, for showing this so courageously and perfectly!
