He may be overrated. I read about other quarterbacks that are considered to be not elite/top 5 QB because of their lack of playoff success, or they are one and done in the playoffs, or they throw a lot of interceptions. Allen is an interception machine and has been one and done in the playoffs for the last three seasons but read any QB ranking and he is still listed as a top 5 QB. Seems to me that he’s getting that ranking from his draft status more than his performance. And…“How An NFL Star Nobody Believed In”….. Seriously? He went #7 in the draft. Having no one believe in you is getting drafted in the 4th or 6th round when you should have gone in the 1st or second round….like Brady. Allen's first two seasons did stink so he probably shouldn’t have been drafted in the first round.

@@Paula-mv8im Allen has set an nfl record for touchdowns over a 4 year span, not sure how much more you need but that's an automatic qualifier, and using interceptions without consideration for touchdowns is like using strikeouts without RBIs, you're committing the logical fallacy of cherry picking data. And one and done is losing your only chance, the bills have at least one playoff win each season the last 4 years. One of them was the only perfect game the nfl has seen, allens offense scored every time they had the ball, in frozen conditions. Yeah, he's not overrated but if that's your opinion then good luck with it.

Why do people keep telling me he sucks? Constant 40 TD, 4000 yds seasons and I’m told he’s one of the worst in the league? Jealousy makes you say crazy things.

Just look at his stats compared to Mahomes who is pretty consistent every season. Allen is also an interception machine, he's only had a passer rating over 100 just once in his career and his completion percentage is more on the lower end than the high end. For a first round draft pick, that's not very impressive. Add to that, any QB that runs as much as a RB does, is not gonna have a lengthy football career.

Pretty solid. That was a clean script and well read, which is depressingly rare. The only significant error I saw was on the personal life. He's been with Hailee Steinfeld for over a year now.

I am so happy that this kid like goofball is my quarterback. His physical talents are through the roof. So fun to watch. The Bills are a contender every year as long as Josh is playing. I've been a Bills fan since the Jim Kelly days, when we were in it every year and I have never felt so good about this team until now. Thank you Josh.

I've been a Bills fan for over 35 years, he's my favorite player ever. A couple years ago my wife let me use a 6' standee of him as our Christmas tree. Josh is the gift that keeps giving.

Josh Allen is the Nolan Ryan of the nfl The only difference is that he’s under appreciated.

Well I had him as the overwhelming #1 pick and so did many others with a brain. In fact I watched the draft in Cleveland and the amount of people who wanted to die cuz the Browns didn’t take Allen was wild. Dude in a dog mask looked at me in my Bills hat after the 7th pick and said “We just handed you Super Bowls” lol.

#17. My QB. Go Bills.

So far his worst season was the 2018 season. But that was only because we still had Nathan Peterman as the starter QB for half the season. Otherwise, his only glaring issue is the interception rate.

He should have been first overall, and much like college, several teams that desperately needed a quarterback said no. Hes even changed how teams draft, teams would usually stick with a guy for a few years, now they are taking quarterbacks at even higher spots than ever year after year, they are looking for that unicorn, like Allen. No one knew he'd be this good.

Outdated and inaccurate on the "Personal Life" portion, but otherwise a solid video. Go Bills!

Most complete athlete in the AFC. Best QB no. Best RB no. Best play caller no. But he encompasses everything on the line after the huddle. Mahomes and Jackson are not as complete. But NFL is a team game. Mahomes has benefit of having a rock solid team behind him (hence the rings), Lamar has benefit of a rock solid D behind him (hence his MVPs ). But Allen is better than both...if he was on KC or Baltimore, neither team would never "lose again" He is probably the most complete QB in the NFL.

Despite Lamar having 2 MVPs. Allen is the definitive second best QB in the League rn. Burrows and Lamar are below him. Unlike Burrows/Lamar Allen clearly puts his team on his back during playoffs and kicks the team into a higher level of play.

@@atg13382 #1 WR? He had a declining Diggs who was MIA the last half of the season and a very average Gabe Davis. Check Diggs’ playoff stats his 4 years in Buffalo, he disappeared in the playoffs. Mahomes had Kielce last year and that was it…and it showed. This past year KC won the Super Bowl on their elite defense, not Mahomes magic.

Dumb take. Allen is a better qb, period. The stats make that clear. Super Bowls are TEAM accomplishments. At worst Allen and Mahomes are neck and neck for best qb past 6 years. When Bills have as good of a team as Chiefs Allen will win it all. That may be this year and maybe next, but Allen is a superstar that much is certain. Hate all you want, nothing you say changes that.
