泰奶其實有加色素不是天然的

Tapioca Starch 就是樹薯粉或是木薯粉

2023/7/19老闆:材料很實在不加色素、8種天然手工粉粿。(可是唯一缺點是不要把熱的東西倒入塑膠杯子、有塑化劑)。大熱天來碗粉粿冰好消暑、大熱天辛苦了!🎉😮😅

還有舀豆花時、感覺頭髮會不會掉進去、做吃的,頭髮應該夾好、注意衛生!

自己家裡做來吃可以,要開店這樣搞賺不了錢還累死人。我之前在深圳開奶茶店九年,對這行看到都會怕。做吃的都很辛苦,也別想賺大錢。

粉粿的做法不是用蒸的,這反而比較果凍

粉粿都用蒸的...不然用魯的用炸的? 怎麼會像果凍?材料不同好嗎 樹薯粉糊化和吉利丁寒天洋菜做成果凍~吃的口感差很多~

你是不是把愛玉或其他東西跟粉粿弄混了?粉粿是蒸的沒錯呦!(澱粉糊化凝結,可以直火加熱到澱粉熟了,但是怕熟度不均,大部分還是會蒸過)
