Because his real business is teaching you how to build a business. Thats how he plans to make money. This video is just part of his business. He is an influencer and this is what influencers do. You, as the audience, are the product, he will sell you a course/comunity subscription, but in order for you to pay for that, he needs to provide value, and attract people to his channel. He cannot convince you to buy his course if he doesn’t have anything to offer. Thats why he shares it for free.
