Thank you for the info! We just returned from Nice a couple of days ago and we absolutely loved this city with its surroundings. We will be back soon as retirees.

I happened to be at Fort du Mont Alban when you were filming there, I was trying to figure out if it was actually you. What a small world! And thanks for the videos, they're great for someone trying to decide where to live on the Côte d'Azur 👍

Wonderful videos! Request please: Many of us who want to move to France only want to rent for a while before purchasing. Could you please do videos showing home rentals in the different areas? Especially the most affordable ones? Thank you! 😉

Hello @smiley9987, thanks for your kind comment! To answer you question, it is possible, specially in our buyer's agent activity. You don't need to be fluent in French, however, you will need some French to work with selling agencies or private sellers. but you can learn! contact me at info@fr-househunt.com for more information.

@@frh-frenchrivierahousehunting Hello again, Fabricio. My pleasure and thanks for your reply. Well, sounds encouraging. I searched for info about regulations and read that it is required a specific certificate one have to obtain, which is all cool and very logical. But it was written that 2 years of specific real estate study is needed and the school there provides the study in french. My french is extremely basic. I am learning it slowly. You said/ very kindly/ some level of french is needed. I am more realistic ,I think good level of french is needed. But I am super interested to know steps for starting with english only. I can give study materials with regulations for translation and then start reading it. Thanks for your contact. I found out where your office is. I am visiting soon. Would be great to meet you in person. Enjoy your day 🌞

I live in this district. There are 11 grocery stores within a 5-minute walk of my front door and the gigantic Carrefour Hypermarket TNL is 12 minutes away. This is one of the most densely developed retail districts in Nice. As far as urban neighborhoods go, it is one of the very best in Europe. I know this because I have visited over 250 cities and towns in Europe. Almost all of them are great. I chose to live here because it's one of the best.

Thanks for the video. I will move to the FR in the next year or so. Is it possible to rent or purchase an apartment as a business entity, rather than as an individual, in France (as can be done in the U.S)😊.?
