Would LOVE some ASMR packing videos! Used to fall asleep to them all the time until my KZread algorithm pulled me away from them, now that I think about it.

I thought your software was impressive back when the picking video came out but this is awesome. It's also great that the desks for these stations are near windows. Makes it feel more open and like you're still a part of society. I know how dank other packaging areas can get ;A;

I'm sorry but this company is RACIST . Why only Asians here? Where are the black and brown people? Where are the LBGTQAS+, handicaps and midgets ?

Shoutout to the software engineers for building that well-oiled machine 👏

When i used to work in a warehouse, I'd wake up in the middle of the night thinking I heard a beep from the scanners or our packing system so I totally understand the very ending part 😂

Wow, awesome set-up. It’s scaled nicely, and unlike an Amazon warehouse, it’s human.😊

My summer job in the '80s was pulling orders. A person with the order on a clipboard would call out items and qtys, and I'd put the items on a conveyor belt. A person at the end of the conveyor had a copy of the order to check for accuracy. We had so many errors!!! What a difference from the process at JetPens!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the care you put into packaging orders. I have learned time and again that buying cheap from an unnamed behemoth will get you a broken pen. While buying from JetPens will get you the best quality items, sent in a timely and thoughtful manner. THANK YOU!

I’m sure I wasn’t the only one watching, hoping the whole time to see Stephanie packing one of my recent orders! 😂 But seriously, your in-house eng team is amazing. Huge props. That’s a quality system.

Who created your order packing software?? I didn't know that your packing software could exist in this world! It's so efficient and accurate. And it tells you the best packaging, so you're not running around trying to find packaging all day 😂 I buy a lot of stuff online, but several times they get my order wrong, usually missing items 😂

I am so impressed with your system at Jetpens. The picking orders and packing of orders is so smooth and consistent. The software is excellent. Love how it tells the system works with the packer by giving warnings and prompts and ends with the lovely sound train announcement bell for the fulfillment of the order. I would love to work in the office like Jetpens! Thanks Steph. And now Steph is forever haunted by the computer software prompts! lol

This is amazing! I’ve been a JetPens customer for many years, and I’ve always been impressed with your packaging. Now I know how you’re able to package everything so compactly and yet so safely at the same time. I’ve never had a damaged item and I always praise the packaging whenever I recommend JetPens to others.

I didn't realize how much I wanted to see this. It's nice to know that there's human beings at the other end handling and enabling my stationary addiction with care. It came at the perfect time as I'm waiting for my confirmation email that my latest order has shipped >:D!

You know there are a bunch of us out here (probably a frightening amount) who would love to come volunteer for a day or two, right? You'd just have to forgive us doing big inhales in the aisles and grinning like loons..."Ahhh...I LOVE the smell of stationery..." and listening to our crazy theories about why someone ordered what they did. :)

Ahhh the last part resonates so much! My sister worked from home as a phone/text customer support rep and even though it's been years even I can still perfectly recite her greeting and call-ending phrases word for word. Sometimes we'll jokingly end calls to each other that way.

I worked as a rep years ago and a new hire sat beside me and answered the phone with the greeting of the company she used to work for which was a major car company roadside assistance service. We worked for a utility. The customer didn’t notice.

I love the efficiency. The program’s voice would haunt me after work tho😂

I rewatch the order picking video every time I get a notification that my order has shipped, but now, I think I’ll have to rewatch this one too!

This was a lot more entertaining than I thought it was going to be. The bloopers in the end were funny! Stephanie is great on camera!

This BTS is actually so cool, as someone who has never worked in any kind of warehouse/shipping setting!

As someone currently working in a large warehouse (started packing, then hybrid picking/packing, now in receiving) i would 100% quit my job and work in your warehouse, even with a paycut...your systems are SO MUCH BETTER than ours, and it just looks like a much nicer work environment...too bad you're on the other side of the country

I've always appreciated the packaging of my JetPens orders. It's one of the reasons that I typically go to JetPens first for my stationery and artist supplies. Another reason is the prompt and accurate recipt of my orders. Good job guys!

The mystery has been solved, very efficient, nice personal touch- nice to know every order counts - hopefully you don't hear bin one or bin two in your sleep - order complete is fine - I wonder - do they allow ear pods for music maybe at a low volume? Also how fast do you have to process your orders - does someone get a prize for the fastest ?? Steph - You look like you're on cruise control - in the zone- 😎😎😎

Yes, the order complete sound is so calming! And we do allow people to listen to music. :) No prize for being the fastest--just satisfaction and bragging rights.

Honestly the market for ASMR packing videos is where its at.... Like... pleeeeeeeease it would be so relaxing and nice to watch

The little resealable bags included in the packaging for some orders are useful, the sizes are ones that are harder to find than the larger options. I use one of them to hold fountain pen cartridges in my pencil case, because I'm worried about the slim possibility of the cartridges breaking and getting ink everywhere.

If you want more of the small bags, they sell them in the craft section of places like Walmart. People use them to store beads and such when making their own jewelery. Other people use them to split up their supply of dru*s and sell them. They have all sorts of uses.

Makes me realize how when people enjoy their jobs they don't work, they like their jobs.

Certainly works really well, I've never had a jetpens order with missing or damaged items! You guys do a fantastic job!

The last one y'all did of these is my comfort watch AND NOW WE GET A SECOND? Incredible. Stephanie rules.

Well done. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into your process. You should show these behind the scenes videos to all new employees if they have not already seen them.

Thanks for sharing your workflow. Has JP considered switching over to Ecocushion paper (or something similar)? Does the same job as bubble wrap but is environmentally friendly and sticks to itself with no need for tape, so it's a timesaver, too.
