Keep riding. Our best way to delay Progression is to exercise! Get out there and ride! Make sure you have your "Parkinson's Hospitalization Kit" from the National Parkinson's Foundation. A whole bunch of good tips. I had Deep Brain Stimulation in 2016, which made a massive difference for me.

Great Advice. Don't give up! A friend of mine does the "I will never Quit." I have a Catrike Dumont, ICE Sprint, and a WAW Velomobile. Getting in and out of a Velo is a challenge, but open roads, and it moves! Life with Parkinson's, I need to keep moving!

Hey I have RRMS and I am trying out a recumbent next weekend! So happy to see this. I had been riding an upright bike, had a seizure (apparently low blood pressure - who knew?) and fell off my bike. Broke my collarbone and a few ribs. So hoping if a seizure should occur again on a trike, the wipe out won’t be so bad. Ever hopeful. How do recumbents do on rolling hills? I am in Tennessee. Not thinking about riding the Natchez Trace more like farmland with gentle hills.

They offer amazing stability. I was so afraid to ride a bicycle after my MS (DX 10yrs) diagnosis. Recumbent trikes are AMAZING. They let me enjoy a hobby that I thought I'd never do again. We have a TON of hills in our town and it does great. Every direction from our house has a hill and we've made it up and down all of them. Some are steep and kind of hard to get up with my MS but, if needed I just hop off and walk it up. It's nice to be low to the ground cause I can stop and take breaks without falling off.

Huh. All the times Ive been up there, I never knew that was there. It was a real treat seeing those old farms. The drone shots were really cool, especially the one where Ang was crossing the bridge and it crossed the water with here. I love the interactions between you two. I think an important aspect of these vids is you both are showing that even with serious, deliberating illnesses, you arent allowing them to rule your lives or your relationships. You've had to adapt, but you aren't letting them beat you. Much love. And WTH was with that fish?! Eagle drop it? 2 buddys get into an argument and the fish was use as a non-lethal weapon? "Elmer, what happened to your eye?" "Cletus hit me with a catfish! I didnt do nuthin'" "You both drinkin'?" "........"

I don’t see, with videos about recumbent trikes, large, tall, highly visible flags. I’m concerned about that for safety. I don’t see if there’s any possible way to take the trike on a train, either Amtrak or urban. Can the trike be folded and placed in a box to go on a train as baggage?

You are a brave courageous woman; and you have a truly loving husband. i admire both of you. if you are biblical, Jesus Christ had 2 missions. First, to come to earth as a human, remain a perfect sinless human, unlike ADAM, then return that perfect human sacrifice to God Almighty, thus balancing the scales of JUSTICE. His SECOND mission is to return to earth with a new Kingdom Government for the purpose of making the earth a beautiful peaceful paradise as it is in heaven.
