He does have good aim, but if you watch closely, a lot of the time he hits his shots easily because the enemy literally walks into his corsshair, that comes from his positioning. So it’s not just the aim

​@@midou528That's crosshair placement, not positioning though ofc position will help. Crosshair placement is aim.

​@@midou528A lot of upper plat players have the same crosshair placement. The difference is crosshair repositioning after the character peeks. The speed and accuracy will matter there.

I am completely serious I watched this video fully and ended up playing omen ascent the next day. I did better than I ever have before, I went 23/5 and used tons of plays that Maxie did in the video. I felt like a real radiant. Thanks Maxie!

@@gratka8301 I seriously didn't have great aim, my aim was as average as before but I still did good. And for me personally flexninja is known for his bs tps around the map not really playing with his team. I could be wrong though.

New player here and man Valorant is so good. The different characters bring so much to the game. Ive been plauing for magbe 3 weeks. Use mainly reyna, sage, or jett. Have mixed in phoenix too. Might try omen though.

great video, I think a lot of people in low elo lobbies lack intent with utility and timing to help teammates out...etc I've recorded my game play and watched as well as consistent aim labs and I feel much more confident as a player.

ive learned many things from u maxie but the most important one is catching people with there pants down

That's because your team isn't used to it nor would they be able to utilize it. Keep in mind his high elo teammates are both used to and actually understand the point of said smoke

Im ngl that smoke is pretty useful but only for retakes, this was complete garbo in this case coz they havent entered yet (nobody commed they entered so why initiate retake instantly), the smoke just fucked the skye if they did flood into site. Not to mention I have no clue why he even smoked main if that was strong side with kj (You should want the enemy to hit that site). I dont understand why he even vod reviewed this game when he disconnected on the 13th round and the enemy team was trolling 2nd half lmao. Sova imo carried like bro gave clear comms while the best comm omen gave was pointing out cypher might be B lmao.

⁠​​⁠Not to be mean but I can totally tell you’ve never been in a semi-high rank 😅😭😭😭 I can’t even tell if you watched the video or even paid attention. In pistol round my teammates literally INSANTLY called for a smoke, I just happened to commentate over it lol. I also had very direct and important comms throughout the entire game lol you should ALWAYS smoke the chokes for your team lolol, the whole notion of “not smoking because it’s a strong site” is a laughably wrong take, you will literally never see high elo players not smoke (x)-mains unless if its a really high level pre-determined bait strat that only happens in scrims/ team settings. (I’ve actually played at a pro-level before)

love when i see the same smokes being used by a radiant that my plat and dia friends told me were "bad" (they wanted to do something really stupid and my smoke is now "in the way")

That's because you aren't playing with people who are used to interacting with said smokes/methods. E.g, Throwing a lurk smoke may stop them from ego peaking which may be the only thing they're capable of doing, they then might even peak through the smoke and die because of it. It's somewhat your fault since you aren't taking your smokes into account of your own teammates like of experience or even downright stupidity. So ironically the smokes they suggest likely will (occasionally) work better with (specifically their skill level/similar)

It lets your team rotate onto site safely, because if enemy is pushing from B main and push through his first smoke, they will have a clear shot on your team rotating onto site or trying to back off site while the others come. You see how it creates a pathway between defender spawn and site which cant be seen from where the attackers are pushing
