How a Drug Dealer's Worst Fear Came True
► Code Blue Cam Merch
www.codebluecam.com/
On June 12, 2023, police responded to tips regarding drug sales at a residence in Coon Valley, WI. A male and female were involved in trafficking methamphetamine and fentanyl across multiple counties in Wisconsin. When a deputy tried to approach the male suspect during a traffic stop, he attempted to escape but was caught. Later, investigators searched their residence, where the female suspect was arrested. During the search, numerous plastic bags containing illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were discovered scattered across the premises.

I wonder how IRC calculate tax on drugs from market value or wholsale....
@killermogle
15 күн бұрын
@@mateuszzimon8216 Technically it would be an activity engaged in for profit, even if illegal, so it would just be taken straight off of Schedule C attached to 1040. You would recognize your gross income based on the selling price of the illegal drugs. Since you're self-employed, you would receive a 1/2 deduction on self employment tax. You would only have to pay self-employment taxes on 92.35% of your illegal drug income of 15.4%. If you made over $160k, they would luckily only have to pay 2.9% Medicare tax instead of the 15.4% total SS and Medicare tax. If they made over 250k, they would be subject to an additional 0.9% of Medicare tax. If they had received a profit for at least 3 out of 5 years of operation, it would be presumed by the IRS that they are engaged in the activity for profit which allows them to deduct applicable business expenses on their Schedule C. Unfortunately, they would not be able to deduct the personal portions of legal fees because of the activity. If they had to deduct 'Trafficking Transportation Expenses', they would be able to deduct this against their Schedule C income. The fact that they can circumvent the IRS' 9 questions/criteria points to be able to deduct expenses is a positive notion for them; they get to pay less back taxes. After summing the entirety of Schedule C, they would report this on their 1040 on a single line to arrive at adjusted gross income. In addition to these back taxes, the IRS would be able to audit their income tax returns from the last 7 years if they found this to be criminal tax fraud. If no criminal act exists, they could only go back 3 years for auditing purposes. They will be liable for back taxes, self-employment taxes, penalties for failure to pay estimated taxes, and penalties for failure to pay taxes due.

I'm picturing the scene from Beavis and Butthead where Beavis is putting defibrillator pads on his balls. "One for you....and one for you... EEE YAAAGHHHH!!!!"
He was still so confused about being asked to step out and talk about dogs, even after being tased twice! 😂
Ok, i just want to say thx to whoever puts the little sound effects in, probe removal, doggo jumping🎉😂 excellent!

Yep - unfortunately there are far too many bad seeds. Being a police officer requires a LOT skills and character that simply too many officers are lacking. I'd 100% be willing to pay more taxes if it meant having a higher standard for police officers. A good officer should treat EVERYONE with respect, even the people who don't deserve it. They should also make sure to use the MINIMUM amount of force necessary , in all situations, in order to control a situation - something that is actually a policy in most departments, but not actually enforced.
I’ve been arrested a few times … TASER!!! And his lighter didn’t work neither. 🤣

There’s been quite a few custody deaths with a knee on someone’s back, that’s why all the officers moved there knees off of his back and moved to his right shoulder. If you were an officer it would be wise of you to at least consider maybe someone actually can’t breathe when you have a knee on someone’s lungs.

I instantly think of the infamous "I can't breathe" moment. You hear it so much and some really mean it, some don't. (Thst phrase increased 10 fold after GF) I can see how officers get complacent to certain phrases... but it's their job not too become complacent to it
