How a Broke Asian Boi Got Into the Ivy League | Stats, Extracurriculars + Advice!
I was part of the "privileged poor," a poor kid who went to Exeter, the #2 ranked high school in America. It was loaded with the best resources imaginable, but during breaks, I'd return home where I worked at my parent's Chinese restaurant, which at that time, was on the verge of bankruptcy. My trajectory is definitely different from someone who attended a local public high school, but I'm hoping that from my experience, you guys can glean some helpful information. Whether you're a middle schooler, a high schooler, or even watching this as a parent, I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say I want you all to succeed!

It was worth it! Not mainly because of the prestige, but primarily because of the quality relationships I formed there
