The fact that people are able to create such amazing structures amazes me, I'm proud of myself when I'm able to replace the tube on my bike, and people are out here doing stuff like this.

I am actually going to graduate as a civil engineer in a few months, and I can tell you, it is all about physics and maths at the end of the day. When I started my study I never thought I would be able to understand it, but if you focus on it for years and keep going eventually you will be able to get it if you have an iq of about 120 at least I guess. But changing something on your bike, requires practical skills, not brains. I suck at practical things as well. Engineers are good at the theoretical stuff, but the execution phase is done by workers, who do have that practical skill. If you would let the engineers design it, and also operate the cranes, pontoons, connect all the bolts and cables, pour the concrete, im pretty sure it is not going to be executed very well....

@@ducoh2093 not true though. An engineer requires both theoretical and practical skills.

Very easy to get a pinch puncture, your doing well😅.
I've always wondered how they built bridge towers underwater. This makes a ton of sense!

Me at 9PM: I need to get some sleep now. Me at 3am: How a bridge is built over deep water
I am a Truck driver who was curious about the construction of bridges over water and watched this video... a few months later the Creator of this video is in my living room explaining to me that he has a YT channel. Sure enough i already seen one of his videos
This is incredibly fascinating. While riding over the bridge from Maryland to King George VA. I always wondered how the bridge I'm riding on and the new bridge are built. Today I found out. My family will really think i'm smart when I explain this to them.

For people amazed at how people are able to create animation like; it’s either he in architecture, art, or just taught himself. But this video is very well done and easy to understand. Good job! 8.7/10
This is so much better than longer videos lol
I love finding out there are creations and systems in the world that are intelligently made and brilliantly conceived. Your videos give me hope for humanity - thanks
This is absolutely lovely and has served my curiosity of "how bridges are built " very innovatively...
Here are some basic mechanical Calculations if you are curious: We determine the max value of Weight and multiple it with the max distance possible that effect beam or any Weight carrier.. you get the Max Moment.. according to what safety level you're in .. you multiple it by X times to get the final planned Force.. like exactly in the middle of two vertical Ropes is always the max Distance where the max Force will apply.. multiple it with say 4 Factor for safety you get 4 Times safer Outcome.. That's how bridges don't even collapse in rush hour.. Any deeper than that it will look complicated but it's Fun :D
Thank you for educational video . As a little kid I always wondered how these amazing feats of engineering were built . Please more videos like these and in more indepth
Very helpful video.I completely had no idea how bridge pillars can be installed underwater and now I came to know it.Nice video nice art work. This perfectly explains how river bridge is made. And I respect the bridge builders.Wonder of civilization and technology
Thankyou so much. Very curious topic. I'd appreciate another video on how the architects make sure the base is strong under water with all the river currents, soil erosion and stuff!
Thanks for the tips. I'm gonna start building a bridge tmrw.
What I didn’t understand by reading 100 books was understood in 5 mins … I encourage you to make more such videos on construction field… ppl like you are making lives easy … outstanding 👍
Finally I found a video, which explains about cable system, about cable spinning and how it goes installed. Thanks
This video makes tonnes of sense and without unnecessary blabbering. Excellent summary
I have always wondered how bridges as such are built especially when it comes to the foundation pillars. Thanks for this video it has satisfied against my ignorance.
I used this video to make a bridge in a physics based videogame. It actually worked
this was always a big question mark in my head, very pleased with this simple and effective explanation! great video
wow the level of skill and knowledge of the person who first designed it.
i have always been curious about how a bridge works and this gave me the basic idea and the explanation and animations were great.. could you make another video explaining the mechanics of how different types of bridges support the load (vehicles) ?
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I am a visual learner and have always wanted to understand. This video makes perfect sense.
Very easy to understand. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for the tutorial! I’ve always wanted to build a bridge in my hometown and this video really helped me out!
Amazing Thank you for this video & to all the bridge builders for their hardwork.
Awesome video! Thank you so much for this amazing explanation :)
I love how we were all curious about the same thing and ended up here
I am in a suburban area in corner South=-East Asia, and I am glad to watch this for enriching the knowledge. Thank you for the insightful film !
Good, simple explaination and easy to understand.👌
Love from India bro
This is so educative. Thank you, I hope you continue teaching us* things straight to the point. 😊
*Although I'm not a Civil Engineer but yet I could build a Bridge 🌉 because of your nice explanation. 😅! Really the way you have explained is appreciated*
Cool! I’ve always wanted to know how the foundation under the water is done! Thanks
Very simple & beautiful explanation. Thanks
Great explanation. Loved it.!
Your video is to the point no waste of time by unnecessary talks great 👍👏😊
Thanks Lucious, very well explained in a short video.
I always wonder how they built the bridge... amazing work !!!
I love your videos, great presentation, lots of information packed in a short and concise video. On top of that there are subtitles which allow to translate the video to any language easily. Keep it up! Tunnels and dams should be next. :)
Thank you for explaining! I never knew! ❤
great. clear and concise. thank you!
Excellent video, thank you!
Very well explained. Thanks.
Kudos to those engineers who put time and effort by building bridges over any kinds of water. 👍👍✌️✌️🎉🎉
Animation like this gives a very good visual thank you
You’re the best!!! I understood yours faster!
That’s amazing. I love architecture
Thanku for making it to understand easily
Pretty cool, this video pop out randomly. Glad it did 😅
awesome explanation within a short time 👍
Thanks for sharing your knowledge 🙏
Amazing! Thank you.
Nice video and you’ve explained it perfectly!! Now I’m gonna go build me a bridge!!
Way better than the first video thanks
Great clear explanation!
Love this channel. I learned so much!
This video is very well done. Informative, simple, desrciptive. Nice job sir.
Thank you. It is interesting and informative.
The best video explaining this
Your video has helped me make so many bridges.
This video will be in everyone's feed till it hits a million views.
Interesting, simple but delivered uncalculated knowledge, even the video is only 4 minutes
Amazing work, this is so fascinating to see, thanks a lot! ❣️🙏
Thank you for this clear explanation. A relative worked for Otis on installing tower elevators. I was on the Golden Gate Bridge for the May 1987 50th anniversary bridge walk. Please see explanations why it dipped from level, and about the surface retrofit previously done in the 80s. A very cold morning and windy throughout the day!
Great Technology ♥️😍🙏
Thank you for sharing
Amazing, thanks!
Thank you. So very interesting.
