How a 3D Printed Duplex is built - 3 minute Tour Guide
This is a more detailed tour guide and explanation of how our 3D-printed duplex in Upland, CA printed by our Gaudi #1 machine. And it's one of the first 3D-printed construction projects in southern California and is submitted for approval according to existing CMU standards. The biggest advantage of this house is that it is made of pure reinforced concrete, which can withstand fires/ earthquakes/ typhoons/ floods/ termites more strongly. The tested intensity in three days has reached 5200psi, which meets the government requirement of the 28th day. We welcome everyone to come by and visit it once the project is complete.

What is price per sq foot when completed. What I mean by that is all appliances are installed hooked up ready to be turned on HVAC et cetera certificate of occupancy has been signed off on and the keys are ready to give to the new owners and or realtor to sell the property.

Best of luck. There are 3d printing companies same level of completion for$94 sq ft in Texas

@@hondainsight421 that is the difference between Texas and California ;). Land here is much more expensive and permitting is a lot more expensive and intrusive. Also a requirement of Solar Panels adds to the cost. The cost of our material is much less than the companies in Texas.
