Hey! I’ve been so busy doing these long form videos (45-60 min) that I’ve hardly had time to do anything else. I have it on my list to start my market reports back up this month! We should be getting last months data next week.
I’ve been following you for awhile now, and I love the videos. I’m from the Inland Empire and the wife and I are ready to get out of here. We just had our first child, and definitely don’t want her going to school anywhere here. Hoping to be there in the next few years. Your videos always seem to ease my wife’s mind about leaving her family behind. Keep up the great work brotha! Hopefully you’ll be our realtor!

@@MakingHoustonHome We live in Riverside. Honestly I don’t mind our area, but California as a whole is weighing on us, you know? I work for a utility company that is also in Houston, so we’ve been thinking about getting out before it gets worse.
