My problem is them raising these bills up to fix things and not fixing what they said they were going to fix..stop stealing our money stop raising these electric bills to fix the grid and not fixing it

I live in Houston now, but I am originally from Norway. in Norway they would cut all trees and vegetation close to power lines continuously to avoid these outcomes after storms. I have noticed that this is not done here and a lot of what is happening here in Houston is because of bad infrastructure and bad contractors who do not build stuff to last.

The reason TX is falling apart is because y’all keep voting Republican! Stop and let’s change this state to a better place. I was in Boston, MA, through 10 blizzards in 18 years and never lost power. Here, one little rain and everything falls apart. Give me a break.
