@@galaxy9310 Those heart eyes are in the actually Stream. The Hololive staff will activate the eyes symbol whenever Marine does a specific pose. Marine has to tell the staff what poses do what eye shape beforehand so they won't get the wrong eye's shape/symbol for the wrong poses.

Heart problems You get tired because your heart isn't able to pump enough blood through your body. Hence the overall tiredness. To check it, do some push ups. If you give up not because of muscle pain, or being unable to push yourself up more, but from kinda 'suffocating', or begin panting too much, feel overwhelmed - that's the sign. If you're unable to do more then 4 - it's a red sign. You NEED to check everything related. Again, not being able to do more than 4 pushups due to muscle being weak is ok. Its when you feel that muscles DO have some strength left, but you're overwhelmed and panting.

The "Ahoy!" at the start sounded slightly more... lewd... than what I'm used to (Not that I'm complaining, of course...). Was that intentional?
