This vlog is continuation of our Bengaluru to Udupi trip (Ep.02).
In this video, I will be sharing my experience of spending 5 to 6 hours in a houseboat in Udupi for an engagement celebration, followed by a visit to Pabbas ice cream parlor in Mangalore.
We started our journey on the houseboat in Udupi in the morning and were greeted with beautiful views of the backwaters and lush greenery. The houseboat was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The crew on board was friendly and hospitable, and they took care of all our needs.
During the course of the journey, we enjoyed delicious local cuisine, including fresh served hot and spicy. We also had the opportunity to try our hand at fishing, and it was a thrilling experience to catch fish in the backwaters.
As we moved further along the backwaters, we came across some beautiful sights, such as the famous Udupi temple and a variety of bird species. We even spotted some dolphins in the distance, which was a delightful surprise.
After spending a few hours on the houseboat, we made our way to Mangalore to visit Pabbas ice cream parlor, which is a popular local landmark. The parlor was bustling with people, and we could see why - the ice cream there was simply divine! We tried a variety of flavors, and each one was better than the last.
Overall, our experience on the houseboat in Udupi and our visit to Pabbas ice cream parlor in Mangalore were memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.
