Beautiful location, the cabin meets quite a bit of my checklist and then some. Are the taxes high? How far is the nearest clinic or hospital? As a retiree, this is something that would be on the top of my list.

Hi Susan, thanks for watching our videos and for your interest in this property. For closing costs including property transfer taxes you'll want to budget 12% of the purchase price. As for the nearest clinic, it's just over 20km (12miles) away in Liérganes, and the hospital is some 45km (30 miles) in Santander or in Torrelavega, but the route leaving from the cabin begins with winding roads until you reach the highway so it's about 30 minutes to the clinic and 50 minutes to a major hospital. Estas segura de que es San roque de riomiera? A mi esas montañas me recuerdan a la zona de los Tornos y alrededores.

😂 No conozca la zona de los Tornos, pero debe ser precioso también. Si, la cabaña esta en San Roque de Riomiera y las imagénes son de ahí (salvo alguna de Liérganes). Un saludo

El puerto que hay en san Roque es el portillo de Lunada que no tiene nada que ver con el puerto de Los Tornos . Otra cosa, San Roque de Riomiera es una de las tres villas pasiegas y no ese invento que se han sacado de la manga de los valles pasiegos

Los precios de cabañas en San Roque varían mucho, al igual que los pisos en Santander. Dependen de su condición (que pueden ir desde ruinas hasta recién reformadas), metros, vistas, y de la demanda, que cada vez mas es de extranjeros. Espero que nos sigas para ver más casas en Cantabria. Un saludo
