This lil' dude is so tough, he probably served time at Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary in Kansas.
Here, he's tossing out the belongings of a tree swallow. The tree swallow swooped by (not shown), but decided it wasn't worth the fight.

Hello, yes indeed it's a tough world and there are a lot of fights for the nest boxes,but on the other hand very intriguing to see!!! A few month ago i saw a blue tit couple making their nest in a treehole and they were busy the whole day and many days and suddenly the great spotted woodpecker arrived and within one hour he throwed everything out.Greetings Gijs
