On the other hand it would have been nice to have her talk less and see more of the apartment instead. We never saw the bathrooms for example.

The night view we got really blew me away. All the little lights she has, and the cool lamps were simply magical.

OMG! This is one of the most beautiful apartments ever. She is the cutest and I love how she combined her hubby clean style with her joyful one.

Your home makes me happy, I too need a really sunny, bright home, but I love your I don't care what other people think attitude, you're rocking that be yourself spirit.🧡

Omg I loveee her space!! It's fun, quirky, whimsical and clean. I enjoy the fact that her husband trusted her to create a space that combines her happy things but also a few things that he likes as well.

Her place is a nice balance of quirky and neutral. The plants are very relaxing too.

Such a pretty place! love the big windows and the overflowing plants! just a thing that popped in my head - it might be cool to put your husbands collections out in the open, the Legos, the comics you mentioned were in the closet. It brings a lot of personality and makes it more of both of your space, especially since its also colorful and a conversation starter about his hobbies when you have guests.. I think that would give the apartment more character than another few pieces of decor\plants will ever do!

This is one of my favorite tours I've seen! The way she's able to balance the eccentric elements and colors with the neutral pieces is so attractive and the space has so much personality. Such a breath of fresh air while still being super aesthetic and cozy!

I love Apartment Therapy. I get so many design ideas for my space. While the entire space is not my style and a little too loud for me personally, there are always great layouts, great paint/wallpaper ideas, etc. for this space specifically, I really love that the bookcase is behind the couch in-front of the window. It still offers a lot of light but feels cozy and adds privacy at the same time without it feeling closed off. I also love the big disco ball in the giant planter. So unique.

I love the spiral staircase. Also, I adore how Hamburger has an actual hamburger for a bed. Oh, and the Xanax pillow is killing me!

I like when living spaces present a personality like this instead of being a boring copy of typical minimalistic standard interior design.

Beautiful! I love seeing into people’s homes, especially those with such a strong design aesthetic. As someone with a lot of books and the need for a desk to work from home, this isn’t how I would’ve arranged the space, but this set up is joyful and it clearly works for her! I love peeking in and getting new ideas.

Absolutely beautiful! Love everything about this decor. The colors, the playfullness. So cute! The only thing I'd add is a set of curtains on the second floor, sheer and blackout. She could choose to have it open, close for privacy when guests are over and fully dark so she can sleep. Great taste!

Such great design and curating. I would make more of the lower side walls space to extend the mid century aesthetic and frame the gorgeous sofa and table, while decreasing eye clutter. I wish she had talked about the windows more and the decisions around that. And yes, that 14ft tree is probably my favourite thing.

Man this apartment speak to me, I loft style with SPIRAL STAIRs, plus having a walk in closet. Living in New York those types apartments cost an arm and a leg.

This reminds me of the apartment in the Audrey Hepburn movie, _Paris When It Sizzles!_ I mean, it looks _just_ *_like it!_* So crazy! I love that movie solely because of that apartment set! 😍😍😍

From the layout shown at the beginning, briefly, there appears to be a powder room off the kitchen and a full bathroom upstairs. But she didn't show them.

Wish they would do some reviews of poor people. It's always like these expensive apartments that couples have.I hate how much I have moved because of job lay-offs, companies sending work out of the country, apartment prices, etc. etc. How can poor people feel at home when all they do is make their landlords rich.

Most "poor people" don't have extra money to decorate, so there wouldn't be much to see in their apartments.

Well, she did say she and her husband don't have a tv. They like to entertain, so the couch faces where the other seating is, allowing their guests to see and engage with each other better. People don't owe me an explanation for living the way they do. It's what they like, and it makes them happy. I don't pay their bills, so I don't care about what they do in their home. If it can potentially cause me bodily harm, I don't have to be there. I'm glad to see how other people live. I take what's useful to me, and apply it to my lifestyle, if I can afford it.

Lovely home. She wanted the sofa to be the focal point, but then covered it up with too high of a coffee table. Love it though.

I thought so too. Her apartment is beautiful and fun but I felt the plants on the coffee table kind of blocked you from seeing the couch.

I am born and raised in Orlando and I’m so curious to know what side of the city this building is in. Although judging from the background (the building outside) I think she’s somewhere in downtown.

From what I can make out from the video, her 'view' from those big windows is overlooking the car park. I think she deliberately put the display case there to block it out.

And...orange-y is not me. I am a mustard yellow✨️. Interesting: those wave mirrors are from Ikea, a long time ago. So interesting you could get them for 5 back than and now one looooks pages for them😌

Here goes a question I have been asking myself since I suscribed to this channel. I love all the appartments but are salaries in New York much higher than elsewhere or are the people all lawyers and doctors? When I see a price of $2,900 a month, plus most people say they go out to eat often, I just wonder if this is for "the rich and famous" or if New Yorkers know secrets about money that I don't know about?

Salaries are higher in general but also there are more affordable places to eat out. The price $2,900 a month is not the high end for a one-bedroom apartment in NY.

NYC is a very expensive place to live, as is the San Francisco area.

How does the little doggie get upstairs?

very nice. Odd question for you. Underneath your coffee bar, there is a basket with a lid. Can I ask what you store in there? I happen to have the same basket and i use it for laundry but I'm really unsure of what else i could use it for since it's too pretty for laundry. :)
