You restoration hardware is our top tier inspiration and you are a master at getting that feel! For the back yard, think about a wood fence for privacy on the side and a iron fence for the back towards the pond so it’s not obstructing the view just a thought boo! 😍😍😍 again so happy to see this & thanks for inviting us into your new home!!

That room when you first come can be considered a mud room. That is the perfect spot! You could add some shelves with cute little wicker baskets and add some hooks to hang up jackets

Forgot to suggest...you could mount coat hooks or a rack hook in the mudroom over the bench, instead of a large wall art, so you or guests have a place to drop off jackets, keys, hats, etc. Maybe place a smaller wall art above the hooks. The hall coat closet can then be for your family's coats.
