Houses in CA can cost up to a million, and that’s an average house in a decent neighborhood. That’s nothing in CA, because your middle class can make money that can afford those homes. Here in NJ your average house can cost 250-300k, and that’s in a good neighborhood. And again, that’s your middle tier homes. 17M pesos in the philippines is fucking big lmao. Even your average doctors can’t afford that. Unless you’re a well known doctor with a well off family. What I meant by 17M pesos in the philippines is like 10M dollars in CA, was basically cost of living and not an exact dollar to peso conversion 😂😂. Someone who makes 50k a year here in the US might be big for you if you live in the philippines but in the US, it’s nothing!

I am familiar with that subdivision. Beautiful house but the reality and uncertainty of the virus pandemic makes it impractical to commute from California to Cebu on a predictable schedule. The price is right and very affordable.

Commute ? Just kidding , I know what you mean. I like the house also but the land is just too small unless the lot next to it is affordable.

If there is no quarantine, I’d fly to Cebu just to see that house and buy Guadalupe dried mangoes. Do they have architectural review in that community. Looks like there are vacant lots on both sides of the property. How much are vacant lots there sell for.

Nice house. I know that subdivision well. Commute times posted in comments are when there is no traffic. Fairly priced in a decent market though still a bit high in what has become a very shaky Philippine economy during the pandemic. I’m sure when the economy gets better a foreigner (or Chinese investor since the Philippines has been selling the country out to China) will end up scooping this up. If the selling is motivated and has to sell now then he or she may have to come down to around 15m imo. But overall really nice house and beautifully landscaped.

Yes it is a very nice house and great job doing tour but it isnt a 10 out of 10. Master bathroom with clothing closet together is a big no no and getting to the backyard you need to go through maids and drivers area, it should have had a separate way of getting to that area from within the house since it seems more like the area is for the maid and driver and not home owner. Aside from that very nice and more like a 7 out of 10.

Did you guys use wide-angle lens to shoot the video? The property looks way BIGGER than it’s actually is if you used fish-eye lens or 28-mm lens. Too expensive for a 397 sq. m. property. Worth $350K for a 5-6K sq. ft. In the US! Give me a break!

It's iron casted woodwork on the stairwell. Architects understand the word "ironwood". I hope it's still available by two month's time or January 2022. I'm believer of ancient Aztec calendar placements.
