​@@momof4vlogs Not trying to give you a bad feeling,but did u know $1200 month can get you a villa with a garden in so many cities in Morocco and in a very clean and guarded neighbourhood. And with some luck it msy have asmall swiming pool. Example in Agadir city. Check apps like Avito But that price in Temara is fair fir such finishef and big appartement because Temara is one of the most expensive cities for rents in Morocco.. I lived in Temara for 3 years and fir an empty unfurnished small appartement, i was paying $350 in Massira 1 !

Beautiful apartment. And the rent is reasonable. One like that here in Orlando Florida is $4000 a month unfurnished. Enjoy

Without a doubt, the apartment is beautiful and spacious, and the appliances are still new and fully equipped, with internet and other features as you mentione However, 1200$ per month is a high price. you can rent a villa in a prestigious neighborhood in Rabat for this price or perhaps even less.

انا أسكن بنفس الحي...ثمن الكراء مابين 4000 و 6500 درهم للشقة بدون أثاث..يعني انت تدفعين 6000 درهم شهريا للأثاث..كراء شقتك ب 6000 درهم نظرا لمواصفاتها و حجمها....لكن عموما الثمن مرتفع بالنسبة للمدينة و الحي...تحياتي و مرحبا بك في المغرب

I am a Moroccan living in New York. First of all, you can't find an apartment this big and this nice in Manhattan. If you did, you would probably have to cough up $6000 plus a month without utilities. No wonder I will be returning to Morocco at some point in the future...Thanks for your videos...

There is a water pipe in the bathroom to clean sensitive areas, as well as ablution before prayer, as it is necessary before ablution for prayer. If we do not do this, the prayer is invalid.

I think you have to check a different apt in centre of rabat and with this price you can buy a nice apt with this monthly you already pay you gonna finish quick that’s just advice as a Moroccan 🇲🇦❤️

That’s really cheap and a great deal you got given that the apt is big furnished and secured not to mention the fiber optic wifi and cleaning.

Very nice appart, a lot of space for the kids and animals. I find the rent a bit expensive but I guess with the fibre optique, all the furniture, the cleaning and the security it makes sense. I am from Agadir, been going through your videos lately and its nice to see an American living in morocco’s perspective. Let us know if you decide to come to Agadir 😊

The toilet water tap has been invented by Muslims back centuries ago, and it is found in every Arab country, it is essential for woudo .If you find them in Europe that means Arabs brought them from their countries or from Amazon

I think that was a good unintentional tip about fiber optics. That’s something to make sure I consider if looking for apartments there because my kids will likely be doing school online for a bit. Thanks

Nah 1200$ is still excessive nobody pays that in Morocco !! it will be better for you to start buying a house once you get your residency!

I am a Moroccan living in Canada and yes the mouse is only in the zoo for toronian but you can see them while if you go to Alberta or Manitoba 😊

Using a water pipe a necessary and you can use paper before and after using it 😅

You always get a better deal when it’s unfurnished. Maybe that’s why some people say it’s expensive but you have to take into consideration the location, quality and the recent construction. You can get places for less and for more but this seems like a fair price to me.

if your rent is expensive, don't stop searching in real estate agencies or real estate sites or even by asking local shopkeepers or friends..., in order to find cheaper accommodation. Do not compare rent prices here with the USA, there is a big # between them.

1200$ per month is absolutely normal in Morocco, in fact of a furnished flat like that + closed residence + fiber optic + cleaning fees, it almost a steal, I don't think there's better than that with the same quality

Yes, Moroccon they have a beautiful apartment and big houses specially, if you live in closer to the ocean I have a advice for you as a Moroccon when you get your resident make sure by your property you can pay less than you pay rent for your own apartment. That’s just really good idea.

I’m back in the states now but when I was living in Morocco, I was living in Casablanca and we paid for a fully furnished flat two bedroom for $350. We paid for our electricity and water and our Internet, which is minimal, our Internet was $35 a month, our water bill and electricity was about 50 bucks a month and then the rest of money was money. Where do live? I loved living there. My husband is Moroccan. We returned to the states . We will return soon.

The price is great for the service you are offered and the high-quality kitchen and modern bathrooms. In Europe you would never get so much luxury for this price. In Europe you pay €2000-3000 a month for this standard. For Moroccans who have a much lower income, this is of course extremely expensive.

holy sofa! when i was little we had a lot of italian neighbors, like "off the boat" italians who were making a middle class living. Almost all of them had a fancy highly shellac'd "living room" with all the furniture covered in plastic that was pretty much NEVER EVER used. When I hung with. the kids "claudio! pino!" we were in the "real" living room / rec room more or less in the basement with a ratty old couch, covered in in a throw, parked in front of a big old rca tube tv and cable box. I wonder what happened to all that clear vinyl covered furniture. I imagine it slowly disintegrated due to entropy and loneliness.

great apartment very well equiped and nicely furnished, you might find even better deals as you familiarize yourself with that region Keep in mind especially with the 2030 world cup coming up, rent prices might start creeping up, so if you find a place you are happy with (safe zone, good landlord, respectful neighbours, and easy access to school) then stick to it. I lived in Qatar prior the world cup and rental rates ballooned because of it to the point that a cramped depressing studio will cost 1000 to 1300 usd/month
