Wow, i know how challenging it is to be in foster care as a teen girl (or boy or any child. But just focusing on Neveah for now.) But, the way Alicia has been able to give her, her space, privacy (with own room), Birthday parties,etc.. just going far and beyond to make her comfortable, has to be making it so special for Neveah. It just brings joy to my heart to see her thriving. I'm a senior citizen, but I was once Neveah. Gosh I wish I could have been fostered by The Dougherty's. Had Alicia as a role model. Wow, just an amazing family. 💚🌻💛

I so agree ......and too many are soooo dam jealous of them...... Its stupid!!!!! They live a great normal big family life....the kids are very well taken care of...they are getting sooooo much more with all they have done for vacations and wisked away to the beach and NYC FOR CHRISTMASSSSS. I MEAN CHANCES OF A LIFETIME FOR MOST AND ITS SOOOOO GREAT TO SEE THESE KIDS FINALLY GETTING A PIECE OF HOW LIFE CAN BE!!!!!

I love how Nevaeh is much more comfortable now and how her and Dayshawn look like they have been there forever. Especially the way they interact with the little kids. Wonderful.

Alex definitely knows how to stock a refrigerator...he's so polite, nice & very helpful!! A great house to spend a week in ...Enjoy!!

Dayshawn really has found a friendship with Alex. They seem so close and it seems like they do a lot of things together. Also, I tend to forget that Dayshawn is actually much younger because he acts so mature for his age. Neveah looks like a great big sister. You can see how all the little kids adore her especially the girls. And you can definitely see how much she has flourish ever since I absolutely love how happy Dayshawn and Neveah have become especially when I rewatch old videos of when they first came in. Now, they never stop smiling and even when they were thrust into a large family, it seems like they truly enjoy being part of it. It was like they were always a part of your family. And I believe that it just means that your kids are truly kind to welcome and treat Dayshawn and Neveah well. You and Josh are doing great raising them and I hope that you know that. I am still in my mid twenties and you're truly an inspiration of mine for when I have my own family one day. The great care you take for each and every one of your child despite the different needs and personality is amazing. Hope you and your family will enjoy the rest of your vacation! I grew up in OCNJ, love it there. The family that lived in your rental house when I was a kid, had a lot of boys. I’m so glad it did not get torn down. I hope you had a wonderful week. I still go to OC a few times a week, I live 20 minutes away.🌞😘

I absolutely LOVED seeing Bodhi and Dash’s reactions to their room. Things like that really speak volumes.

I’ve driven by this house hundreds of times and always wondered what it looked like inside. So Thank you!!! Loved the excitement of the kids finding out their rooms.
