This is truly built to someone’s convenience. Love the little mazes. Literally you can do anything from the master bedroom toilet 😂

ang ganda ng house from exterior to interior. pinaka gusto ko is both entrance may receiving area and may access sa primary bedroom. kung may babaguhin man ako, yung layout lang ng primary bathroom kasi gusto ko enclosed yung mismong bathroom from closet. pero overall ang ganda, maximized yung lot area.

Familiar yung bahay sa tapat. Na-feature na sa prev. house tour ❤️

Eto ang pinaka-kakaiba sa lahat ng tours so far. None of those Tacky Wood Slats fondly used by Dragon Builders 😂 I especially loved the Wood tone of the Doors- Dark Walnut(?) that gives great contrast to the Narra wood floors. And the Kitchen… Is it made by Häcker or possibly Poggenpohl? 🇩🇪 Overall, not your cookie cutter house.

Some say it is so expensive, but did they consider it's location, premium design and finishes, and the included amenities. It's like a Lucky Me afficionado irked by ramen Nagi's premium price.

The soon-to-be former owner is probably selling the house because there is a fricking toilet in his walk-in closet. New owner's gonna knock a few thousands from the asking price to renovate that toilet.

I don't see this as a senior friendly house. Though there is an elevator yet too many areas were in you would need to use the stairs.

yeah this is definitely a maze/labyrinth house na very artistic. ang ganda talaga. hindi nga lang bagay sakin kasi minimalist ang style ko plus the fact na wala naman akong pambili nito HAHAHA!

House is built like a hotel. Too many enclosed spaces. Also, why is there an office inside the bathroom right next to the clothes? XD

Other thing, the color is too Dark and not warm and inviting

You are right . . 180 M too much asking even though some of the Art works are included . . . With that price, I can buy 3 to 5 properties with a Bigger lot and leaving space. Who ever will buy this property, you have to think 10 X unless you have a lot of money and you don't mind
