Im always amazed with Balinese architecture. They effortlessly blend the landscape, outdoor and interior layout, even the choices of colors or the accent furniture, It's very cohesive. Something filipino houses lack on. In contrast, its very high maintenance. Imagine the dust and insects living in your ceilings or crawling in your bathroom

Beautiful house I've been in Bali many times . Bali is like heaven on earth especially Ubud green Village. If you stay there you don't want to leave place. Great video Presello. Ms. Julia we don't see you often in a dress but you look gorgeous in it. Thanks for the beautiful tour.

This property is truly a wise tropical investment with a sensible price and sizeable area, it's a reasonable opportunity. The property design also conforms to its environment. Unlike, those properties that are being built and sold in the Philippines that are mostly overpriced, also Philippine designs tend to have large windows where the view is the neighbor's property which also compromises privacy. Also, the lot and floor area that matches the same price will tend to be small in the Philippines. 😆

Don’t know what that is, yet I agree. I prefer traditional with updated amenities. I’m a wood lover thru n thru❤️however I get there’s a termite problem, measures to combat can be taken, costly perhaps. Bugs are everywhere, I can adapt. Can’t abide concrete, neccessity though. I would make alterations but slight. Fabulous home though 🙏🏻❤️🧐

Wow! With the reasonable price tag, the tourist location, the tropical vibe design, and the sizeable size of the property, this is surely a very credible and fair investment. You won't get this kind of investment from greedy developers in the Philippines.

Julia, is it possible for foreigners to legally own property (especially houses and villas like this) in Indonesia for investment? Because as far as I know, according to Indonesia Law, for foreigners that want to buy property, they need Stay Permit and the specific land right (Hak Pakai), which i assume the land right of this Villa is not Hak Pakai. If it's not legally and formally possible, especially for general foreigners to do property investment in Indonesia (which i really believe its not possible), please stop this kind of selling. Because in Indonesia right now, this kind of practice-foreigner buying property in Bali is on the spot for its bad practice. It's seen as selling their piece of land to foreigners. I'm Presello viewer for long of a time, and I'm telling you this because i just love Presello channel. Thanks

You can not. Hence in the description it says lease. Only Indonesian citizens can legally own property. Foreigners can only lease

£1,237,000 in case anyone was wondering on the price in Pounds…. But you can only actually own 40% of the Building the other 60% must be owned by a Philippine National… And the land it’s built on you can never own as only Philippinoes are allowed to own Land … The Only other solution is to trust a Philippine, Me I would never do that …So do your due diligence or renting is a better option…..
