love this home! Everything looks nice and great layout! siguro, my only criticism is the main kitchen - hindi masyadong defined ang cooking range/range-hood area and would have been nice kung merong built-in space for microwave and oven. Pero pwede naman gawan yan ng paraan once may appliances na. Also, sa dami ng info na-share ni sir Dean, hindi ko na matandaan kung may enclosed laundry area lol have to rewatch

Ang ganda ng property pero nakakatakot lang pag may super typhoon, di mo maiwasang mangamba sa ka-level mong sanga-sangang power lines sa tapat ng bahay lalo na sa terrace area. Dapat ipaputol na yang puno. Napaka delikado. Overasll, maganda yung property.

55M for 663sqms? heavy investments yan! sana sa first day mong matulog dyan wag ka bangungutin thingking na lugi ka sa investment mo... modern bahay mo at subrang mahal but if you look around compare sa mga kapit bahay mo dyan! thier houses are just plain and simple designs and not that expensive like your soon tobe house...

The house looks good, but the main "kitchen" looks like a pantry, since it doesn't have an allotted space for any cooking, it only has an empty space for a fridge, but I don't see anything for vents for stove top, nor space for oven.

Naguguluhan ako sa design ng kitchen. For me parang ang baduy ng looks, mas ok sakin yung lababo nsa top table. Parang abroad style. Tas ung color white gloss kesa kahoy old model looks na design. Mas gloss looks mas may dating para sakin.

Saan maliligo yung nkatira sa ika sixth room sa third floor eh nkakonekta lang ito sa common powder room... nalintikan na mkikishower sya sa ibang room considering napakalaki nung bahay at ang dami sanang space for a bathroom.

sa dami po Ng room kahit 6 kayo sa family nyo enough n ung ibang room n may shower.. ung room na un is pwede for recreation.. or like gym.. entertainment area or office etc.. lawakan nyo Lang po imagination nyo .

I would've purchase this if I have three wives or else it would be a waste of resources if I could not maximize this place just sitting there empty and getting dusty. Considering the size, facade and price of the house, the kitchen is poorly made, bedrooms looked dull no wall cladding design's.

Give it 15 yrs the prices will change,,, way to cheap, if you compare with the rest of the world!
