Much prefer kona din itong mga ganitong style Another thing,.Pretty sure! From Edsa -Shaw Blv. it takes 2-2 1/2 hours depends sa flow ng traffic, mas malapit ka na coming from Balintawak maybe 1-1 1/2 hours.

Hindi cabinet Ang tawag dyan ay closet 😅

Di ko talaga maintindihan bakit pinipilit lagyan ng pool e di naman ganun kalaki ang lot area. Ewan ko ba sa mga pinoy. 😂 maraming ganitong houses sa greenwoods pasig, magkakadikit na ang bahay pero halos lahat may pool pa. Mas maganda may green spaces sa ganyang kaliit na property. Kaya di ko rin type ang mga artificial grass e.

luwag ng kitchen.sayang ung space.pra saken mainam nilakihan nlng ung guest room at nilagyan ng sariling toilet and bath.just saying😊✌️

Why they didn't put a room with own t&b in the ground floor.The buyer is the one who will stay in that room so he/she is the VIP.
