Take ur foot in ur _____ . The reason of little high is because its a boundry wall society. The reason u are so upset is u cannot afford this house and u have never lived in a boundry wall society otherwise u would have not said this. Surjani town is not a cheap area as u think many big builders are making there big projects like saima, Naya Nazimabad, al ghafoor, gfs is already there and falaknaz. Surjani is going to be the new property hub with great profits in return. In North karachi u have to buy property on Cash plus u fill find many open gutters and damaged street and without any security. 😂

Very good presentation of villa, stairs are placed at wrong place. Stairs best place is from garage so owner can rent first floor to pay instalments or bank loan.. Builder must clean the bathroom floor, if possible polish it too.
