He'll easily kick the bucket before he sees the final word, just like Robert Jordan. Unfortunately, he's been pulled in too many directions and tempted away by the vast $$$ in the TV shows.

6:39 okay imma let you finish, but Daenerys was around horses her whole life, she was part of the Khalasar. That's part of the reason they have the Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Series in production right now. So that they can release Game of Thrones episodes every year, even if it's not the same series.

Osferth is a badass in the books. The Last Kingdom is excellent. The books are fantastic. I'm pumped about Ewan playing Aemond. Such a different character, although both are quite serious.

Watched game of throne late, got there before the final season kicked off... we know how that went lol. ima trust them to cook this season, until I don't trust anymore loll. first season was really good, please do it justice lol. they're already getting me sad because of the 8 episode season...

Hello!

I think Aemond will lie & tell everyone that he meant to kill Lucerys, but in the scene where he's laying on the bed, he is feeling huge remorse for accidentally killing Lucerys. But if Aemond feels no remorse or any guilt whatsoever, then he is nothing more than just pure evil! At the end of the day, Aemond knows, deep down inside, that Lucerys is a good kid & pose no real threat to him, esp when it comes to fighting in battles.

The right between Daemon and Aemond is relatively early on in the dance of the dragons so unless they change it up it'll probably happen in season 2

I’m going to guess that the sword is from House Celtigar as a gift. I know they supposedly have a Valyrian steel axe but I think it would add relevancy to their existence in the show if they came out with something like a priceless sword they give to their queen.

I’m reading fire and blood right now this show got me obsessed after game of thrones.

8:23 in the Vale she was allowed to rule in her own name , even her children would carry the Arryn name. It's not the case for Rheanyra despite Viserys saying so to Corlys. Hence not only is she sympathetic to Rheanyra, Jeyne is from a far more equitable system in the Vale. She has actually ruled as an Arryn regardless of her gender or sexual preference

So pretty much Aemond is going to go crying to Alicent when he gets back from Storms End. 😂

Personally I hope House Celtigar does get more love in the show, House Velaryon may have been much stronger than them but unlike the Velaryons they actually had a Valyrian steel weapon. In the books it was suggested to Stannis Baratheon that they raid Claw Isle for stuff and take the Valyrian steel axe they knew to be there. That might be the sword Rhaenyra is holding with a bit of retconning. That or they do something like dragonfire melted the sword so it got reforged into an axe as metal was lost

How do you know that, that's not just a regular sword?

I think its very cool that Rhaenyra will be taking part in the fighting because my main critisizm about Rhaenyra in the books was the fact that she never got her hands dirty and was letting everybody else do the hard work

Very excited for season 2! I've read the book countless times!

6:51 these are all the same Targaryen banners, they only looks weird because the sigils are placed on both sides of the see-through chainmails. They're not House Celtigar sigils.

7:59 That is clearly not Rhaenyra meeting Dragonseeds but 99% Rhaenyra in the process of discovering Lucerys'/Arrax's remains. There is a scene in the trailer where Syrax roars with Rhaenyra kneeling down to something.

Rhaenyra getting more involved in the war sounds like a big plus for me, given that the books are meant to be seen as in-universe “history” one could argue that they were written with some bias towards the blacks and so therefore wrote how Rhaenyra did absolutely nothing

im happy that their changing Rhaenyra character like you said Emergency to be more involved in the dance than in the books because assuming history still flows the way it supposed to and Joffery words ring to be true hey at least she would go down as a fighting queen.
