Bed room looks more like a hotel,. Use of sunlight and making white theme Color works feel like light and elegant. Lakhani sir you've got great style and look like actor nice work

Please make videos on small plot sizes as well for example 1000-2000sqft. Not everyone owns these kind of big land. Would be interesting to see how architects build great designs in small area.

Very beautiful design - i like the fact that you took so much care to be vastu compliant. I think not many architects take as much care of this aspect - respecting the customer sentiments.

Looks like, Architect concentrated on Interiors rather than real architecture and space utilization. After correcting plot as per Vastu, the architect got 1050 sq yd meaning 9450 sq ft (I doubt if the built up is 12000 sq ft as mentioned in description). Imagine..... with stilt + GF + 1st floor, architects could have built additional spaces and more beautiful design. I always found HP Lakhani comes from the place where land has no value!!!! bcos look at their other project videos, asking 5 bedrooms on 1000 sq yd with 2 floors is a huge challenge for them. So I brand them as Interior company rather than Architects. The plan of this house was so basic as if it is done by a 1st-year B-Arch student. Further, the design is so simple and I feel here the architect missed the opportunity of uniqueness. The client seems to be very well to do and indeed spent a lot to build their dream home. Anyways what's the point in commenting when the project is completed. Congrats to the owners for their dream house and HP Lakhani Associates for their project.

I think you should also see their other work rather than starting to build images about Lakhani in your mind. Architect is not the owner, he has to work according to what the owner and his family approves. He can suggest but its ultimately the owner who says he wants this and not that. Like this owner lost 200sq Yrds because of his Vastu necessity.

I am sorry mate, This is neither architecturally sound project, nor engineering feet project. The interior looks shiny but looks bland. I am not architect, my taste may be different as I am forming my opinions based on my experience in Canadian real estate. If the architect is not passionate about the client's vision, then in my humble opinion they should not commit the project.

of all the other indian architectural/interior design house videos I have seen, these guys by far have the best taste in design. Their design and decor is minimalistic, elegant and is pleasing to the eyes. all those other houses had patterned walls and cabinets and floors, there was no flow of design anywhere, just looked like a big colourful mess. Personally, I dont believe in vastu, i would have utilised the whole space but eh, each to their own.

Middle class ppl like me pls dont watch....

Very good architectural design with consideration vastu factor. For daily cleanliness how many man hours required and how dust, mosquitoes, flies are controlled?

HP Lakhani you are awesome with architecture, I think you should also try acting as you got the looks aswell. :) Nice project as always.

People who are whining about sq footage of the house. You are not here for sq ft of the project, you should come here for the design, plan and concepts that the architect is using. You can use the same in 30000 sq yrd house and you can use them similarly in a 300 sq yrd house.

10 / 10 for architecture, 2/10 to Vastu consultant because in lack of balancing knowledge he wasted space, also he subtract the brahma sthaan @ 1 st floor. I am doing both job and strongly recommend architect to learn vastu, it is not science what u can't understand, it is the other side of coin, and believe architect can do far better job than general person For instant Vastu consultant will tell column or beam are creating stress or load in building, but actually architect or structure designer knows that any member of frame structure drives load of building to deep in footing where at that depth vastu doesn't get any influence by that load. Socitey is seeking vastu shastra practice by "engineer"
