Yeah, Kitchen is too good. It is very difficult to find spacious kitchens in Bangkok otherwise.

There is no rule to vacate after one year. We changed the house because we changed the school.

50sqm you will find starting from 10K THB but could go higher as well depending upon the condo. The best idea you will get from hipflat
