This might be a new house since nobody has lived there yet. But the age of construction is atleast 4-5 yrs old. No doubt the house is good, but has a lot of drawbacks. The road in front is too narrow. And in video the courtyard looks big, but it really isn’t that big. The owner has been trying to sell this for years now, but due to his exaggerated pricing, nobody turns up. Land rate in that area is roughly max 8-10 lakhs only. Exaggerated land prices in Calicut is mainly due to brokers, who charge a very high share from the sale price. 1.30 crore would be a fair price.

എന്റെ കണക്ക് കൂട്ടലിൽ ഈ വീടിന് ഞാൻ കാണുന്ന വില 55 മുതൽ 60 ലക്ഷം അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഒന്നുമില്ല, 1.75 cr ഈ വീട് എടുത്തിട്ട് 5 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു 2 കോടി ക്ക് വിൽക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല സുഹൃത്തേ ഇത് ഒരു വല്ലാത്ത വില ആയിപോയി

You don't have any idea about the price of the land in this area. I also live within close proximity to BMH. Need to know the exact location of this property but for 6.5 cents this is very cheap but the house is not that great and looks very modest. In certain locality around here, you don't even get a cent for 35 lakhs.
