This excavator driver is a pleasure to watch. The way he’s separating the bricks from the house is awesome 😊

I'm sure the bricks must have been salvaged for re -use, selling. Must be a reason because fuel isn't cheap.

A highly skilled excavator operator , peeling the brick for salvage as Antique Brick are selling for a high price . Too bad quite a few of the wooden timbers weren't salvaged as they are expensive as well . Extremely Great video .

Slow work, might as well have been torn manually. Is there a part 33?

The operator is taking great care not to harm those high pressure hydraulics. He makes sense to me. While it seems a shame, these homes are extremely expensive to maintain especially in that climate. None of the walls had ANY insulation. Or anywhere for that matter. Fuel was cheap back then. Things change. Not much demand for the many tiny rooms floor plans anymore either. Not sure how sad it really is.
