Not to mention that these high school seniors had their freshman year stripped from them because of covid, and now they are going through this stress for their first year of college.

Student Loan interest rates are TOO High!
My daughters form was finally processed and allowed corrections. It took 2 months before we could fix it! This was very upsetting. With all the money and expertise, the department should have created a test site to implement all the changes, etc. in order to work out the quirks before launching it live!!
