“Preserve the Rich History” indeed….. in the interests of accuracy the owners name was Etherington and the house was built by a large number of Italian stone masons who had we being held in an internment camp somewhere down in the Rift Valley due to their status during the World War 2. Hopefully the other similarly well built colonial era houses on the Kinangop have survived as one was my home 70 years ago.

I want to learn Kenya/Africa pre colonial era. Anyone got that info. Long time before the white man.

This is the Precolonial history of Kenya and if you can search the Somali Ajuran empire and Gareen empire who used to rule kenya, tanzania, ugand, rwanda Mozambique and central Africa before the Portuguese invaded the east Africa country and defeated the Somalis.

There is no Kenyan history before Colonist and Kenya was under Somali Ajuraan empire and Gareen Empire respectively which will be defeated by the portuquese and the british crusaders respectively from 1300 to 1884 so I hope kenyan current Generation will demand their rights from the puppet Kenyatta family who named this beatiful country by their name after The Somalis defeat by the british empire.

Nonsense , the Somalis were migrating south but by the time of British colonial rule they weren’t even over the tana river
