Salamat po. Madami pa pong need maimprove sa mga presentations ko. One of these days dadalhin ko naman kayo sa bayang aking sinilangan. Sa Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

magulo lang ang daminbg panapon na mga gamit . maluwang sana kung yang mga abubut wala marami naman ang cabinets . at sana yung guest house may sareling bathrooms .

I understand the Philippines is a different country. I can only speak for my self. My wife and I seldom agree when it comes to property. I often ask myself would the seller pay this much for this property? In reality when they price their property they are saying just that. If I was going to spend 13 million on a property that property would need to appeal to my sense of beauty or style if you will. Then the surrounding area would also need to be appealing. In both cases I would never live in such a place. The house can be changed but the area cannot. Good luck to seller.

Very detailed Ka. Maganda at malalaki ang mga bahay pero walang garden Puro cemento at masikip sa surrounding area or backyard na walang garden. Cruelty ang treat sa aso . Do not keep your dogs in a cage that is cruel to animals. Cats and dogs are lovely.
