I will appreciate it more if the agent or seller is honest. Those are stuff that the buyer needs to know, too and part of their consideration. Eventually, the buyer will know no matter what.

Di Puro balikbayan nasa Isip nyo, $$$$$$. I convert sa $ ang karamihan kapantay na o madalas higit pa presyo ng bahay sa Amerika pag convert sa $$. Ang taas ng mga standards! wala na bang alam na construction method tayo bukod sa hollow block construction? bakit puro tile at conkreto ang paligid? wala ng lupa O damo sa paligid na pwedeng mag absorb ng ulan. kaya nman kaunting ulan lang baha na agad. ang mga arkitekto, builder natin hindi marunong mag adopt ng bagong teknolohiya. basta kung ano natutunan sa mga ninuno yun na din ang gagawin. CHB construction ay panahon pa ng hapon. bukod sa mainit kapag na expose sa araw ay matagal i-konstrukt.

It doesnt seem to be that OP, though a discount wouldn't be amiss, considering that's its made out of concrete and quite spacious, it seems a viable option for a purchase, especially given the spacious rooms. I dislike seeing a good-sized master bedroom then nothing but cabinets for the 2nd,3rd or 4th bedroom, where all you can have in it are basically the bed and a cabinet.
