He’s running shaders! There’s lots of tutorials up on YT on how to install them, but make sure your computer can run intensive graphics first! You don’t want to end up like the guy whose computer exploded trying to run Minecraft with RTX on.

I have the modern building texture pack so gray terracotta looks nothing like that so I used dark oak planks instead
